It's a very dirty room! There's 10 hairs on the bed, maybe even more. There's a faucet in the bathroom, there's stains in the walls, there's dust everywhere. There's mushrooms in the shower, and there's an infestation, and the shoes refuse to give. There's no dresses, no toothbrushes, no tea, and there's no faucet, of course. The light is very dark. There's a lot of silence for the staff.

I'm not.

We had a late entry after the wedding ceremony. We booked the room here in advance, and the day we arrived, we got a phone call from the receptionist and confirmed the reservation, but when we arrived two hours later, we were told that there were no rooms available. The girl at the reception behaved as if we had come to her house without permission. She didn't know anything, she just didn't get any information about the residents. We asked her to wait 15 minutes in the lobby until the manager himself took the number.

It's a gesture, not a hotel!

me and my girlfriend ordered a room by phone with queen size bed which they call it pol-lux (half lux) but when we went there the girl who work in the reception told me that there is no half lux room available! there is only lux room which is more expensive than the first one.. when i decided to leave she said yes we have the half lux room!! i believe she did this because of lack of customers in this hotel and she want me to take the most expensive room they have.
anyway the bed wasn't queen size, it was two separate beds and for some reason i have a feeling that they put hidden cameras inside the room, so i checked for any small lens and i found it in the ceiling (not the fire alarm lens) and in the bathroom also. if you don't believe this then go check by yourself. i believe they do this because they are curious about what you do in the room if it is bad or whatever but in this way they don't respect the privacy of people who just came to the hotel to relax. i don't recommend you this hotel, go find something maybe more expensive but at least you know that no one is watching you behind the walls.

very bad and not comfortable

Dirty, no drinking water, no toilet paper, smelly smoke despite smoking being banned in the room, the window locked, no one speaks a language other than Ukrainian. Breakfast can only be had if requested beforehand.

So if you don't speak russian this hotel not for you 🏼 ♀️ cleaning room once every 3 days 😅😅 asked to change at least the towel- changed, but with a face that wanted to throw out the window😅 only the windows do not open. So breathing in the room is nothing because there is no way to breathe. The towel is cracked. The staff looks terrible. Even no one is greeting. There is no drinking water in the room. There is no tea. There is no coffee naturally. One plus- next to the supermarket too.

It's not a good hotel.

Maybe not 'very' good, but certainly better than 'average' in that city and area, therefore 4 points.
Hotel has rather good transport connections and is adjacent to supermarket. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities above standard for B&B. There are no smoking rooms, but the 2nd and 3rd floors have big balconies (see photos). The hotel has pretty good restaurant and adjacent cafe, occupying ground floor, but both do not serve breakfast. Breakfast must be pre-selected and is choise of drinks and some basics (omelette, pancakes...) served in room. I made my own breakfast from food bought in supermarket also.
No elevator therefore older visitors with lot of luggage can have difficulties. Hotel will be hidden gem for budget traveller or businesspeople with business in the area. As i do speak ukrainian, English skills of personnel were not tested.
Overall, good quality and unbeatable rate if calculated per square foot. Revert to photos for more details.

Best in area

If you want to stay in this area of Kharkiv, there is no other alternative to choosing a hotel. But it is better to find something more decent in the center. In Mona Lisa, the service raises many questions - breakfast (on request only) in the hall on the sofas, in the rooms it is cold, in some rooms the smell of tobacco. With cleanliness as luck.
