Very good breakfest, good room, at least suite and deluxe rooms are big. WIFI also very good. At room 1 and 15. Easy access, 40 euro deluxe/ standrard 20, well spent money. Personal is polite, parking is secure. Rooms are quiet.............

Dear All, I am not a frequent writer, but this time I can not stand the quality of service and, therefore, I am writing the review. Before I stayed in that hotel for several times. 
This time I stayed 2 nights, and here are my comments. 
Firstly, the first night I had to stay in a room near Reception. When I was about to sleep at 10pm, the reception woman was very overwhelmed with a conversation to a man, probably local gardener or plumber, who tried to make her lough. An all those conversations and giggles I heard in my room. When I opened a door and ask to be quieter, the lady was really unfriendly and told me smth back with a angry voice, but I did not heard exact. I interrupted her flirting and she was angry with me about that. 
Secondly, the next night I had to fight mosquitoes but I lost the war against them and was dramatically bitten many times. When I mentioned this problem at the reception desk, the other lady was surprised, and told me that I should have asked them for fumigator. I wonder, why can't they just live the fumigator in the room? 
Thirdly, I ordered breakfast #3, but the waiter brought me wrong one. When I told her that it is not what I ordered, she did not know how to react. And she decided to make me eat the breakfast she brought me. I insisted to change the meal or give me back the money, she finally understood that client is always right, and brought me what I asked. 
In addition, you have to pay for parking on the hotel's territory, no free water in the room, and during the weekends do not expect to have quite and calm rest, there definitely would be a weeding or other celebration, and you would hear the music for sure.

Bad experience in Sobkoff

The hotel is very contradictory - from one hand the room itself is not bad but not perfect - with strange decoration but once can handle that. In the same time I felt uncomfortable there from safety point of view - strange men + some parties in the restaurant at the hotel so the noise is coming to the room with the full power. Personnel is indifferent. Breakfast is very poor. So it looks like the ambitions of the owner of the hotel is high but lack of sense of taste, lack of professionalism, economy of costs = all together makes this place strange, suspicious and uncomfortable.

Strange and uncomfortable

The hotel is located outside the city, so if you have business to do ensure you have transport available. 

The hotel it self but the walls between the rooms are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING. 

For sure the hotel is Perfect for parties but for business meetings where you need a desent rest, it is recommended to think twice.

However the garden around the hotel is very nice.

If you are looking for a relaxing break after work, get out of here.

It's 1 a.m. and I'm moving from room 102 to another building. This "hotel" isn't designed for business travel; it's a spa complex with rooms for dates. I stayed at the "hotel" from October 21st to 23rd, 2025; the room rate was about 70 euros. During the night, I was awakened by drunken shouting and singing outside the room. The phone in the room didn't work, so I had to try to contact reception to report the incident. They couldn't help me and moved me to another building. Late at night, I was packing my suitcase and moving from building to building. The room design is a combination of "pshonka style meets neo-funk"—stucco molding, a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, but no blackout curtains on the windows, and a comfortable bed. I strongly recommend it!
