The hotel is quite good itself - very big room (I had 2-rooms apartments), good bed with clean linen, the room was equipped with refrigerator, TVs, glasses, plates and so on. The room was clean (cleaning women asked everyday "Should I clean your room?") Concerning disadvantages - you need to wait for long time to get warm water from shower (7-8 min in fact). Hotel is situated quite far from center and from metro station - in fact, in evening you need to take taxi to come to hotel, because public transport does not work after 10 pm. To summarize - the relative good hotel with serious problems... not the best choice to leave in Kiev
