This hostel is patronized by friendly, young, progressive backpackers and a young and friendly staff. It is quiet after 11:00 PM. The house rules are displayed on the reception desk. I especially liked the first rule that says, "Respect one another." it seems to set the tone for a friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is clean, and no bugs, with stove-top cooking only. The front lobby is a common lounging area with a large comfortable couch where they sit watching satellite T. V. I enjoyed everyone's company there. I never met anyone there who wasn't friendly.
