super apartment and good service of the kiev staff all young people good english and helpful ,,,very relaxing apartment has all you need and so warm ,good wifi a bonus,,shame the tv was not satelite but you cant have perfect,,,enjoy

Spacious 3 room flat across from Kiev Opera Theatre, ID 346.  This is an apartment so there is no maid service.  However, the company will provide this service, plus a preshop so you will have some things in your refrigerator.  Price was very reasonable for this extra service.
Very clean and nicely furnished apartment.  Easy walk to Maydan, museums, metro.  Looks of choices of shopping and eating nearby.  I will stay again when I visit next year!

I traveled Kiev many times, so I had 2 companies from which I rented apartments before. (Un)fortunately a few days ago I lost my old mobile so I had to use a new one. And I had BIG luck, as I chose KievApts.
The apartment I got on Baseina Street 9A was excellent. A big 2-room-flat which could easily host 4 people. Unfortunately I was alone, as the shower cabin with different massage nozzles are perfect for a loving couple :-) For me important, which is really rare, was the fact that all dishes, glasses and cutlery were absolutely clean.
WiFi okay, 2 balconies, microwave, enough towels.
Last, but not least: again a thing which is rare. All employees I was in touch (3) did speak a very good English.

I stayed in two different apartments from KievApts, and both  apartments were great in terms of location, size, layout, and amenities. Customer service at KievApts is really exceptional and was very helpful.

I have stayed at this location twice now.  Once for almost 3 weeks this past summer (2016) and again in the winter holidays for a little over a week this year (2017).  The space is amazing and incredible convenient as it is 1 block away from two separate metro lines.  There are over 40 restaurants within just a few blocks and the apartment is always perfectly clean and in amazing shape.  I recommend this company and this unit in particular to anyone looking for a great space to stay in while in Kiev.

Excellent service and great apartments

The location of the aprtmwnt is outstanding. 
The bed in one of the apartments was broken and was only fixed one day later after numerous reminders.
There are no dark curtains in any of the rooms so our kids would wake up very early with the first.light and couldnt go back to sleep. The lights from the street are the same height as the living room so even in the middle of the night there was a lot of light in the room. 
A lot of noise from the bar downstars during the weekend.
Despite what it says on the site that the apartment is cleaned wvery 5 days the apartment was not cleaned even once during our 11 day stay.
When we arrived there were not enough sheets and blanket covers for all of us, even though I clearly stated how many people will be ataying in our reservation. Aparently the sheets were washed the same day and were hanging in the living room, but were vet and the owner refused to provise additional or other sheets and covers. 
It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone and repetative calls were required to get hold of the owner/someone. 
The balcony in the living room is tiny and seems dangerous with wery low railing so it would be preferable if the door would not open at all. Unsafe for kids.
Toiletries were not provided at all (despite what it says on site).
It was indeed indicated that the apartment is on the rhird floor with no elevator, but still it was very inconvenient with young lida and a baby straller. 
There were renovatuons performed in the apartment beliw this one and the noise during the day was impossuble to bear. However this was not mwntioned wven once during my several emails with the provider.
The pick up from airport offered by the owner is almost 4 times more expensive than a regular taxi. 
Overall service and availability after receiving the aprtment and paying the bill was very poor.

Very poor service

We were assigned to an apartment 15 minutes away from the stated address. There was no security guard in the building. The lights of corridor was so dim and the corridors were dirty.

We felt unsafe to check in and hence gave up our deposit and booked another hotel.
