This hotel exceeded our expectations as we expected to have something in USSR style but the property is very good styled and in good state. Here are some liked points: 1. The location is great (in the National park forest) 2. The styling is very good. 3. They have SPA and restaurant that work till late. 4. The staff is pleasant Disliked · 1. The magnetic room lock was not working properly. The service man told us just to use our magnetic key and try it in and out for some number of times to make the door locked. Really, this was annoying as this lock was nit locked after tens times of such manipulations.. This added pain to our relax time. 2. The room phone was not working or the reception girl was not answering and I had to go up and down hill to tell my request in person (while my door was not locked). 3. The SPA doesn't have any soap or toiletries and sanitizers. Towels are additionally paid.
