Very nice hostel. Great location. Make feel like I'm a Lviv citizen. Very helpful receptionists. Spacious elegant rooms. Kitchen is also nice. Everything is clean and almost new. Our train was 17:30, so we left our luggage in hotel, it was very convenient. Very safe and comfortable place to stay. At reasonable price! 

Exceeded my expectations 

The name "Deluxe Hostel" describes exactly what should you expect from this hostel. Clean, bright rooms with high ceiling, huge bathrooms, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi in every room. Friendly and helpful stuff, who allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and helped us to call taxi to the airport, when there were traffic jams all around the city. Also the large kitchen allowed us easily to drink coffee and tea at the morning :)

The only negative thing: hostel is situated on the 5th floor of the building without elevator. So be careful, if you have huge luggages.

Friendly and helpful stuff, good rooms, perfect location

Friendly and attentive staff gave our group coffee and croissants at 5 am after an uncomfortable night journey. Rooms are large, very clean and modern.  I would call this place a b and b rather than a hostel. Plenty of bathrooms so you don't really need to wait. The large kitchen was great for coffee and breakfast. A short walk to the aim shopping area and there are restaurants with yummy cake and coffee very close. There are a few stairs to climb but well worth the upward journey.

It is on the top floor of the building obviously; the elevator has been removed; prepare for a steep climb. Upon arrival you meet the language barrier. Some Google Lens and Translate and you are good to go.
Best to bring UA money indeed, cash. Staff are friendly. The shared kitchen is nice; make your coffee and meet the locals and a lost tourist. I had a shared bathroom; very clean and nice. The place really feels like a house; not an anonymous place like most hotels do. The location is perfect; nice and quiet and a brisk walk away from the very touristic city centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. 
Do not forget to ask where the bomb shelter is; there are a few in the area. 
Wartime Lviv. Hotel under the roof. A nice place to stay but it is under the roof so in case you scare easily while air raid warnings sound you might want to look for a place 'not under the roof'.

We stayed here on a quick weekend trip to Lviv.  They called a taxi for us and he was waiting in front of the train station with a sign.  Cost 40 UAH.

The room we were in was big.  Plenty of room for four, and the beds were comfortable.  There are two great places to eat within a couple of blocks (Veronica and Tex Mex BBQ) .

For the price, this was a great place to stay.  The only problem was that it's on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator.  I would stay here again.

Staff didin't speak english at all, and seemed a bit rude as we haven't noticed the sign to cover shoes before checkin. It was the first place with such requirement, seemed a bit strange.
They accept only cash, but has no change, so have some small money with yourself or you will overpay.
Rooms are big and spacious, but small things still bothered - it was too hot and no power outlets near beds.
The best thing about this hotel is its location and price.
