The property itself can be difficult to find as there is not adequate signage for such a large property. The complex itself is quite beautiful and offers amazing views. If you are hoping for air-conditioning, this is not the summer retreat for you. The rooms themselves can get very hot. The reception staff is very friendly and organized however, the customer service as it relates to food and beverage service as poor (even by Ukraine standards).
