We visited this place 3 times. Had a chance to stay in the hotel, had fantastic family gathering in the restaurant next to the lake and joined wedding event. Every time it was always fantastic.
Big area and it is only 20 minutes from Kiev's border. There is a nice small lake next to the restaurant.
Food is always good, service each time was on a high level. 
If you want to spend few days with family away from the city, this is definitely a good option.
Also you can have here some workshops, as there are seminar rooms available and you might stay in the hotel afterwards.
Really recommend everyone as a fantastic place in the forest close to Kiev.

Very nice and calm place close to Kiev. It offers different types of accomodation - standard, junior suite, suite, bungalow. Nice restaurant, friendly staff, breakfast is included, free parking, wi-fi, lake. From May the pool becomes available. If you decided to go out from a crowded city, its a good place to enjoy staying and cuisine, take a rest.

Fantastic place in forest outside the city

Nice place to take relax 

Very nice area and has almost everything you need to relax. However, some moments ruined the impression of the complex.

1) We rented a 3-floor cottage for 4 families (8 adults and 2 children). And we were given 1 key for all. The receptionist girl is not at all interested in her work, and she does not even try to make a good impression.
2) The staff is rude and unprofessional. Every one of our requests (baby pillow, board rental, etc.) were accompanied by remarks of workers. We were ridiculously blamed all the time (we washed our feet for too long (?), our requests disturbed stuff from their personal business, we couldn't eat at a fresh air)
3) There were no utensils for the whole cottage - no forks or plates. Plates, however, we managed to rent them for 5 UAH each.
4) Shampoos/shower gels are not included - and the price of a cottage is not cheap at all. 
5) Everything is old and very dirty in the cottages themselves. We had a big table that consisted of a rusty frame and plywood stacked on top, which was all covered with dirty spots and divorces from the water.
6) Tap water stinks incredibly ...
7) Communication does not catch, but there should be Wi-Fi. Ours almost never worked.

The only personnel who made a good impression were the guards.

In general, I do not understand where such high reviews come from. No one would be advised of this place.
