Booked online and paid with credit Card, all unproblematic. Upon arriving at 11am, my single room was ready, and although in the attic space on the second floor, it was really comfortable and nicely decorated. and spotlessly clean. The decor is tasteful and practical. Bathrooms are new and really good, although my room just had a smallish shower. I did not like the soft Memory foam mattress too much, but that is a matter of taste! The Hotel is just off Pushkin Street, with good bus Connections, or just ten Minute walk to either opera house or Train Station. I found the area safe, and the Hotel also feels safe and has a 24 hour reception. Wifi was available but on the second floor not a great Signal, but okay for emails. Breakfast served in the Restaurant was a menu, very nice dishes, coffee could be better (but there is an nice coffee stall around the Corner). Staff spoke good English and were all friendly and helpful. Altogether, I would definitely stay there again. This is a classy little Hotel.
