I stayed one night, for this price an exceptional choice - better than similar options in Odesa. Very nice and clean bathrooms, although only one per room. Privacy provided by curtains, although summertime will be hot if the curtain is closed. Towel is included in the price, lock to the small locker is not. Not far from the stations.
