Our two windows at Apartments Klarabara looked out over the downtown jewel of a park called “City Garden” in downtown Odessa. Beyond the view, the room was large and the price was right. On the downside, you should avoid communication with the owner unless you speak Ukrainian or Russian. We'd arranged for them to pick us up at the airport but that didn’t happen; because of the language gap angry complaints weren’t possible. Small problems aside, this place gets a five point “excellent” rating for the entire the rest of the way.
