First of all we looked for a good location, near the park and not too far from the sea. But it turned out that the beach is rather far away (20-30 minutes by bus + 15 min walk). While the sea seems close on the map there is no beach nearby but steep cliffs. Moreover, there are sewage cleaning facilities in about 0.5 km. 
The hotel (or I would rather call it a guest house since there are no typical hotel services) is located on a busy street, so it is a bit noisy. We had two rooms, facing the street and the side (maybe other rooms facing the backyard are more quiet). 
The service is rather limited, cleaning is once a week (and we had to remind about it). The extra couches in both rooms were broken (did not unfold for two people). There is no breakfast, but a self-service kitchen. 
The attitude of the staff is not always good, it was nice in the beginning, but then we were rebuked a few times for stupid things, like putting too much waste in the common bin or leaving something wrong in the kitchen.
There are no balconies, so towel racks are common in the corridors (there are not allowed in the rooms). 
I have to admit that the rooms and the hotel in general is clean and recently renovated (even though not very well maintained).
