This hotel was an amazing place to stay! The room was spacious with its own kitchenette, balcony and bathroom was excellent. The only downside to the room was there was no air conditioning so it was extremely hot and the WiFi was very poor in the room (but it was ok on the lowest floor - we were on floor 3). There is a pool of water for swimming - be careful it is 2m deep. It is not clear water and there were some fish in it but it was ok. There are sun loungers for relaxing on too. Breakfast was very tasty and in the restaurant located on site. There are facilities for you to do a BBQ including wooden pavilions nearby to enjoy the food. Overall a brilliant stay and would come again. 

A fantastic place to stay in the Carpathians! 

Pro: Amazing view on river and forest, modern and well equipped rooms, big spa zone with in-house pool and two saunas, very tasty food and good service at the nearby restaurant (2 min.walk off the main building)
Cons: no option choosing room in main building with breakfast only. Only full board is available in a pack. Food at canteen is quite tasteless cheap fast food style but no worry it serves a purpose to get your tummy full. Don’t expect any extra attention from a management. Services can’t be charged to your room you must prepay and keep your checks (massage). There are three cards you must keep in your pocket - water, towel and room card.. if you are a couple avoid choosing split beds accommodation.

Fantastic views, good hotel but bearable services

We are resting with my husband and the first word is disappointment!!! Too high prices for such rooms, spa and food!! I'll start with the rooms - kind of setup, garages and that's for UAH 5,000. for a day!! there was no heating in the room - they asked to turn it on... SPA - I have never seen a worse spa, such a cold pool (the staff says it is 27 degrees), but if it is 23 degrees, then it is lucky... cold pool, small, it is impossible to enter it and all guests complain that the pool is very cold... 7 sunbeds for such a huge hotel, what is it?! Who doesn't have enough - you can sit on hard wooden chairs... 2 small miserable saunas...
Food for 4-
There are no sweets for lunch, no fruit in the morning... pasta with seafood without seafood, drinks only Mors or uzvar, and it is so cold that it breaks your teeth!

The staff is quite friendly!
But I do not recommend going here in the cold season, there is nothing to do here!!!!

Real response 

We have meeting room reservation for our annual team building with whole team. Administration said that meeting room can't be provided, since it wasn't booked before. We were blamed, and haven't support from administration. Food is good, but overall feeling of staying here is not willing to back.
