To say we were pleasantly surprised is to say nothing. The way this hotel treated us was the world class level: - pleasant compliments at check in due to Ukraine’s Independence Day - super helpful check in officers telling about all the best viewpoints in the city - security guys that helped us with everything from picking up the luggages to simply opening the doors for me when my hands were full - cute balcony in the room (we booked a panoramic room so it had its own balcony) In the end, we had to leave much earlier than planned due to family matters. Hotel served us complimentary tea and coffee before we left, and also gave us 2 takeaway bags of food. Thanks for the warm welcome, we will surely come back!
