I've been here in a visit with my cousins, and this hotel surprised me. Most of the hotels we called an visited were quite expensive, and most of them had a dreadful (excessively bad) service - the help desk was rude, probably because we though their hotel too expensive for what they were. 
This hotel is very cheap, and, you would not believe, the bar is somewhat cheaper then the shop prices. Thus, if you want to take a beer, or get drunk, there is no point in buying booze in the city, you can get it in the hotel. The included breakfast was quite OK for the price. 
The only issue is that it is a little far from the center, but the taxi prices are cheap enough to get you to any point in the city.
Speaking of free Wi-Fi, it has low bandwidth, but fair enough.

Very nice & cheap hotel

The hotel is located outside of Lviv, about 15 minutes by car from the city centre. The Internet connection was very good and stable, both in the room and in the lobby. The room itself was very spacious, with a big wardrobe, fridge, kettle and tv (only Ukrainian channels). However, it was a bit cold and not everything was in good condition and well-functioning, but everything was clean and they are definitely doing their best. Also the breakfast was nice, with some choice of regional specialties.

Good enough

good, budget hotel, a few km form centre of Lviv, helpful staff. Clean rooms, there is no airconditioning in all rooms (ask before reservation), big parkplace (even for buses).
not expensive, good enough for short stay during visiting Lviv. Big advantage - water in hotel 24/24 hrs - in the centre of Lviv not often.
Before hotel cosy places for ewening's drinks.
