Hotel Dvortsoviy

The hotel is nice and conveniently located near a walking park and the theater. The reception area is nicely decorated and well cleaned. The restaurant where you take breakfast which is included into the price of your stay is also clean and well kept. My breakfast included oatmeal, bread, yoghurt and tea. My colleague who booked the hotel was told I would be having eggs and meat, but this lighter meal was perfect. Service was fantastic. Everyone was really helpful (aside from what's mentioned below). The rooms were really spacious and I appreciated this because I had plenty of room to do yoga. The bathroom was immaculate. We were told that there was Wifi at the hotel but they misrepresented themselves. The did have Internet in that the connection from my room, the dining room and the reception area had a signal but it was so low that I could not access anything on-line. As this was a business trip this was extremely frustrating and we felt a lack of authentic communication from the staff as they had confirmed ahead of my arrival that they had working Internet to my colleague. When she inquired we discovered they considered themselves to "have" Internet even though the strength was too low to use. It would be lovely if they could just recommend a place nearby that has Wifi. The business with the Internet aside, I would definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable, mostly quiet and the staff are very nice and helpful. It may even be that the Internet is fixed by the time you get there!
