In the morning, at 7:30 a.m., I went to the hotel. I heard footsteps, then ran away. I looked around - the hotel maid was deliberately chasing me to have a personal conversation with me. She sneaked into my soul. I never understood what it was.

Unceremonious waitresses who chase the guests.

Terrible experience. Hard to find at night. No lights in lobby. No English speaking reception.  No lift. No heat in room. No kettle in room for coffee. No water in the morning to flush toilet, shower or wash hands. Terrible!!!!! Only positive was good restaurant for breakfast across the courtyard from hotel.

I'd recommend it, the staff is very attentive, and besides the chains, we have delicious tea, towels, dresses, slippers, sheets, which is also very convenient, and there's a rest area.

The Chan

The selection for the International Conference stopped at this hotel because it met all my many requests. The hotel complex has: excellent rooms of several comfort classes (you can satisfy customers with different levels of pay); a restaurant with a capacity of at least 100 people, a tasting room where we organized a beautiful and unusual tasting of wines, cheeses, honey and seafood accompanied by a meaningful lecture; a health resort; a bathroom - sauna and a cuple with minerals and herbs; a large conference hall (you can also accommodate less than 100 people, not quite a large hall); its own well-built area, although small and spacious.

A hotel that you can recommend

The most interesting thing is that the hotel suddenly appears on the way in the middle of the depressing, unnoticed gray buildings. And it looks like a beautiful swan in a pack of nasty chickens. That the hotel building itself is made of excellent red brick, that the hotel's inner courtyard with various buildings, including the restaurant - everything is very beautiful, well maintained. The hotel lived in an excellent room. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to requests and polite. The restaurant is also excellent in all respects. And the dishes themselves are very tasty and served beautifully and the staff is very educated and attentive. We recommend.

Excellent hotel in every way.

I think I'm going to sleep in the open window, I think I'm going to watch the TV, and there's three channels of everything. The next day the carpet was changed, but the e-key was turned down, but the welcome girl at the reception quickly re-formed them all.

Not bad, but it could have been better.

The sound is terrible!!!. The hotel is at the beginning of the industrial zone. To get from the center you have to go through an unlit street. The restaurant in the hotel is relatively expensive. Not far from the center, especially from the castle. Clean. Near the entrance is a mineral water source. The windows of the rooms look out towards the boiler room.

A good hotel at a moderate price

It's a great hotel, friendly staff, prices are above average, delicious cuisine, well-maintained territory, near a couple of shops, there's a gas station, relatively close to downtown, if I'm in Uzhgorod, I try to stay only there.

A small, cozy hotel at an affordable price.

We need to look for an alternative to this complex, we stop 2 times a year, in winter and summer before going abroad and on the way back.. The hearing from the corridor, like we live without doors, we change the electronic keys 2-3 times to get into the room, the management doesn't take this into account, the soul behind the curtain, the stove is bad, the fan is missing, the last time there was a poisonous smell in the room - or a cooler like this or some insects poisoned.

Hungarian shit.

Good value for money: we stayed for business/leisure in the standard plus room initially for 9 nights, and then decided to extend stay in this hotel for 3 more night. Very clean, excellent room service, attentive and helpful staff. Well maintained and attractive territory and secure convenient parking. Good quality and cheap breakfast in the restaurant. Walking distance to the center and farmers market, otherwise taxi drive costs 1 euro.
