When I went down to the gate stand, Sergei, a security guard, came running to me, who thought it was necessary to talk in a high pitched tone and in rough form and threaten the police, I don't know how he was taken to this place of work. What materials and what quality the hotel is made of, that guests from neighboring rooms can hear each other talking?

We often drive around Ukraine and we love the Reikartz hotel network, Vinnitsa was no exception. Optima in Vinnitsa is located close enough to the road and those people who don't like the noise of cars or the noise of kids walking out of the café will not be comfortable (even from the closed window you can hear it anyway).

If there is a hotel in the city, Reykartz, Optima, Racotel, the choice is always clear, thanks to the team of professionals for the invisible care they give their guests at Reykartz!!!

I always try to stay in the Reykartz hotel network, because all the hotels have a high level of service, decent rooms and adequate prices.

Excellent network of hotels

We were staying in Optima for two weeks in July - beginning of August. The building is quite modern, impressive, the rooms are good in terms of the area, the breakfast is Ok, stable like in all Reikarz hotels. Towels are fresh every day. But that's all. Here positive things finish.
The fisrt and foremost problem of this hotel was dirt! And here I mean absolutely dirty rooms. The floors were really filthy. Come on, do you vacuum clean them at all? Hairs, nails, tiny remnants of different things left by people staying there before you. Bathrooms were cleaned, yes, but only the floors and washbasins. Dispensers were dirty! 
The service is OK, but they took away my personal towel and I never saw it again. The administrator could only say sorry. What do you think they would tell me if I took their towel? I would have to pay for it. So, it works only one-way?
The restaurant downstairs is fine, good selection of sihes, reasonable prices.
So, I definetely don't recommend it for a long period.

not bad for a business trip for 1-2 days

It is a hotel that shows that the opinion about the hotels in Ukraine should not decide with the star. Althought it is a 3-star hotel in many of the top class; cleanliness, being new, service quality and breakfast.

It was the best hotel of a week long tour.

It's clean, cozy, like all the hotels in the Reykartz network. It's always nice when nothing darks the room. I like their white, cheesy robes, but they're not for 3 stars (I like to look like one after the shower) but since he lived alone, his absence didn't bother anyone.

We were on a business trip to Vinnitz, pre-ordered the Optimum Reikartz Hotel and the conference room there. Everything went great. And the standard rooms were nice, and by the way the breakfast was normal, you could choose your taste, pleasantly surprised fresh, delicious strawberry and delicious coffee.
