This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort. According to Emaar rules and regulations, this property is suitable for family or group of travelers and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events. The property maximum capacity depends on the apartment category which is precised on your reservation confirmation. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received.
