Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Daily housekeeping is provided at an extra charge, for more details contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Official check-in starts from 2pm until 8pm. Other timings are possible but at an extra charge. All guests are required to provide photo identifications or passport copies at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate check-ins. Please note that parties, gatherings, smoking inside the apartments & pets are not allowed on any unit as per community management rules and will attract a fine if such instance are found. Any loss of access card keys is chargeable, please contact us for details of the charges and fees. All units are provided to our valuable guests in a neat and serviced order, any additional housekeeping services during guest stays can be arranged upon client’s request at an additional cost. Damage Deposit is a mandatory fee, charged depending on the property. We accept only cash payments for deposits. Failure to pay this fee may lead to cancellation.
