I have just returned from my second stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, having stayed there for a week last year. We had such a good trip that we decided to return for 8 nights in early March, and the hotel was just as good, if not better than we remembered. 
We had an Executive Room with the most incredible view of the Dubai skyline and so much space, it almost felt like an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. This granted us access to the Executive Lounge which is worth every penny of upgrading too - it is calm and serene with very friendly staff and fantastic food. We had breakfast here every day, and most days afternoon tea as well, which always included fresh sandwiches, salads and beautiful sweet treats like scones, macaroons and cookies. The evening canapés were also excellent. 
We sat by the hotel pool most days as the weather was fantastic, only once during our trip (Friday as this is the main weekend day for locals) did we struggle to find a sunbed, but the pool attendants alerted us as soon as one became free. On every other occasion we always had somewhere to lie and enjoy the sunshine. 
I went to the gym most days, it is huge for a hotel gym with excellent facilities (including classes) and I had some great workouts. Great range of equipment, clean and bright and never too busy. 
I also loved being so close to everything - not only are there great restaurants and cafes and a convenience shop and ATM in the Emirates Towers centre (including Flow Dubai, which does the most incredible matcha lattes and healthy salads!), but the Dubai Metro is a very easy walk with access to most parts of Dubai, and there are also several good restaurants within walking distance. 
Literally cannot fault our stay - other than it had to end! I'm not normally one for returning to the same hotel but for the Jumeirah Emirates Towers I will definitely be making an exception and can't wait to be back again. 
It's the perfect base to explore and enjoy the best of Dubai!

Still the best hotel in Dubai!

Excellent, a very nice hotel with a large, clean and comfortable room. The view was beautiful. The food is also good and we have appreciated the alta bar. People were kind, qualified and available. It's also a central location very convenient to start visiting Dubaï. All was perfect!

a great pleasure

Everything at this hotel was perfect.The hotel staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurants was very delicious. A comfortable room with a very nice view. Each day a mini bar with coffee and water was charged. Very clean and cozy. We are charming.

Perfect stay

We were attending a conference at the hotel and came with our 7 years old daughter. This hotel is not only perfect for business but it also has the nice advantage of offering free access to Jumeirah group beach hotels and to the famous Wild wadi water park. it is also strategically located to the famous Dubai mall which offers a lot of activities after sunset. 
Hotel staff was not only very professional but also extremely nice. in particular our room maid Kalayar who always brought some presents to our daughter. So in a nutshell this hotel is the best place to be in Dubai when combining business and leisure trip with the family.

Excelent combination business / leisure with the family

Fun time, amenities were great, the shuttle service to the beach, water park and the mall was most convenient. The hospitality overall was great, and everyone was quite friendly. A great place to hang out and relax or to do business 

Great Time in Dubai

We had a fantastic time in the Emirates Towers in July 2016 and on returning to Dubai didn't hesitate to rebook.  We weren't disappointed and for someone with high expectations the hotel exceeded them 😊

Everything about the hotel is top class, all the staff from those at reception to the cleaners, the restaurant and even those manning the lift are all really friendly and keen to make your visit enjoyable.  We were lucky to have an upgrade to an Emirates Towers suite, the only problem was it was so good we'd have to spend the extra if we came again, we loved the room so much.

We had breakfast each day at Mundos on the ground floor, lots of choice, I'd recommend the omelettes and juice bar, made to order.

We had access to the club executive lounge. You get free soft drinks all day, afternoon tea from 14:00 - 17:00 but you also get snacks, sandwiches, chicken skewers and puddings so it's a light lunch in reality.  From 18:00 to 20:00 you can have complementary alcoholic drinks, all in a lovely restaurant on the 42nd floor looking over the city.

We also ate in Alta Baldia, a high end Italian restaurant on the 51st floor, fantastic.  We also tried the exclusive rib room on the ground floor, it was ok but a little over priced.  A tip for both restaurants is that they tend to cook both steak and fish a lot rarer than an English restaurant would.  I'd say a medium steak is cooked rare, medium rare, blue.  

We visited a lot of good hotels while in Dubai, the Emirates Beach, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, The Atlantis.   We'd always go back to the Emirates Towers though, the position, the staff, the quality, the food, all top class.

Amazing hotel

I've been meaning to write a review about this hotel for some time but kept getting side tracked.
Let me start by saying once i'd booked this hotel i was dubious wether it was the correct choice as i wanted to go out to dinner with my family and not need to remortgage the house to pay for each meal. I'd put a question on Trip advisor and some silly woman replied telling me that she'd been and it had cost her £100 per person to eat out. I don't know where she was eating or what she had ordered but it certainly ruined the lead up to the holiday for me as i was full of worry that i'd chosen the wrong location for our trip.
Well people like this woman should not be allowed to post on TA as she couldn't have been more wrong.

The location was fine situated just off a main road with plenty of nice restaurants, burger bars and supermarkets to choose from. None of them are silly expensive.

But let me tell you about this hotel.
I had been in conversation via email leading up to the trip with a very nice gentleman called Felix. He assured me that i would have a double sofa bed in the room for my 4 year old son.

When we arrived at 10am, although check-in wasn't till 3pm the lady at reception still kindly gave us a room 5 hours early. How impressive is that! Now this wasn't the room that was intended for us so it didn't have the aforementioned sofa bed, instead they put in a single bed for my son. Even better! Then they invited us down for a free breakfast as we'd arrived early.
I can't emphasise how good this hotel and the staff are.
The bedroom was huge with a massive bed, massive tv, electric curtains, in fact everything about this hotel screamed class and value.
Then to apologise for our room not having the requested sofa bed Felix invited my family to a complimentary meal in one if the hotels restaurants for free. This guy needs either r promotion, pay rise or BOTH!.

The hotel is immaculate, security at the lifts, not because there is trouble but they have very high ranking business people staying at the hotel. The breakfast was vast, food a plenty with great quality and the head waiter of the breakfast restaurant called Ali was such a great guy he made us feel like we were the only people in the very full restaurant, getting us our coffee and even making our little boy special strawberry milkshakes. He also deserves rewarding.
The hotel is so clean and the maids who look after the hotel work their guts out to maintain such a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

Then we go to the pool. Not a huge pool but big enough to stretch your arms out a few time to complete a length of swimming. it also has a little paddle pool for the kids and a nice warm jacuzzi pool if you want something a little warmer. The guy running the pool was also incredibly nice, they came round with complimentary water and ice lollies which was a great touch. However, (and this is one of the huge benefits of this hotel) as it's part of the Jumeirah group of hotels they offer a courtesy bus to take you to one of their sister hotels the Jumeirah Beach hotel which has the most incredible beachfront facilities and also FREE access to the great water park next door (which saved us about £160).

All in all i can't wait to return to this hotel, i'm saving up already!
Mark my words, you'd be foolish not to visit this hotel.

Apart from the view and the pleasant furnishing of the suites, the staff, who have always taken care of our well-being, contributed a great deal to a very enjoyable stay. Who can, should inhabit a suite ...

Feel good all along the line

I have stayed at best 5 stars all over the word and I can say that this hotel is Interesting place and unique in every mean of the word in the heart of business environment and action a place to dine and shop; you should try it

Great place to stay at

The hotel located in a great location, every thing is near by. The staff were very friendly.My room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing with variety of foods that reflect many cultures. In short, it was amazing!
