Stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Location is perfect the room was big and clean with a balcony. Staff was brilliant all over the property. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Honeymoon stay

Staff were great and friendly. 5th floor lounge was one of the best I have seen so far with every detail. I love how all hotel guests are able to use Le Meridien's beach with ease and comfort. I also had a chance to use the spa in the hotel. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Although this hotel is on the expensive side, it deserves every penny.

My only criticism is about the walkways into the hotel. If you are walking from the metro station to the hotel, it is difficult find a proper walkway to the hotel. They really need to sort it out.

Great stay

My boyfriend and I have just got back from 5 nights at the Grosvenor House hotel and it was immaculate! The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were great, especially the bathroom! Great location with some gorgeous restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was also a highlight. Would 100% come again - thank you for having us! :)

Highly recommend

This is the absolute best Hotel in Dubai. Central located and connected with the local Buddha Bar and several In-Hotel Restaurants it provides all what i ever wanted from Dubai. At least for me this is "The Place to stay" .

The absolute best in Dubai

Top tip: Dubai is expensive for food and drink (but it is of high quality). Pay the extra 40 quid a day and you will get high tea from 1-4pm, free booze and food from 6-8 (no limits). Even if you don’t want to use the facility everyday, you will save money, especially if you like a few drinks!!
Pools are ok but don’t stress about seeing better pools elsewhere, get in the free shuttle bus from the hotel to its sister hotel. There you will get the beach, pools etc......
Service is tip top. If there is any element of disappointment, they sort it. 

In general, you are looking at 12 quid for a beer, 15-20 for a wine. Do you see what I now mean regarding the premier deal.....

We used to stay at the One & Only. This is the best but not when you compare prices. I now stick with the Grosvenor. 

Thanks to the staff. You work very hard to please your customers. Hotels from around the world should learn from Dubai hospitality and standards.

Premier room package saves you money!

Hotel is fab and you cannot beat its location in Marina (short walk to JBR). Rooms are spacious and nicely done. Very close to be called luxurious. Room service is good and superior quality toiletries.

One of my favorite Hotel in Dubai

I spent three days in this hotel with my brother, in Dubai Marina. The position is good, our room amazing, the food quality and service outstanding. As we used to visit Dubai during the day, and to have dinner in our room during the evening, we had the chance to appreciate the food served by Mostafa. He is the best waiter we have met so far during our vacations and travels: nice, welcoming and touchable. We hope to come back, and to enjoy his service again.

5 star hotel with outstanding food quality and service

This was the sixth visit to Dubai, but the first at Grosvenor House.
We chose this hotel because of all the good reviews
After staying at the hotel for a week, we can see that expectations were exceeded.
The service level is impeccable, never too much and the staff are paying attention to the small details.
We can recommend club level, which means you get free afternoon tea and also drinks and light meals in the evening.
Housekeeping guy Muzafa is worth an extra mention for his good work.
Next time in Dubai, it will be easy to choose hotel.

Amazing hotel

Just back from a week at GH.  Great hotel, especially having access to sister Le Meridien across the road for their larger pools and beach.  Great spa, very well themed, and great service by all staff.  My only teeny issue is not having any plugs in the bedrooms to charge phones.  The only plugs in the bedrooms are the strange three pin ROUND ones only for hotel lamps.  Maybe you could provide some lamps with USB ports on?  Otherwise this hotel is excellent and I would definitely come back.
