My wife and I stayed at the Marina Hotel Apartments for 8 days for my 60th birthday. At first we booked into a regular hotel but with more research we found this great place to stay right on the Dubai Marina and across the road from the Metro- which was unbelievably convenient. 
The apartment was huge, beautiful, fully furnished and fitted out and very clean- it was serviced every day and was spotless. After staying at an hotel apartment, one cannot go back to a small hotel room ( a little bit more in price but hugely well worth it). The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. The views were very special and the hotel was a short elevator ride to access the marina directly. The only disappointment was that there was no separate shower but rather a hand held shower connected to the bath. I think today a lot more people use showers and the hotel should consider installing proper showers. We also did not have a balcony which I think I would have enjoyed using especially at night to enjoy the lights

There are different recreation areas: a swimming pool (for kids and adults), sun beds and towels. 
Everything is very cozy and comfortable!
Rooms with a great view! Huge windows and balconies. 
In the morning you can have coffee in a pleasant atmosphere with a view of the embankment))
I will definitely come back here!

The hotel you want to return to!

My husband and I have been staying here since September 2021 (most of the time) for the Expo project.  First of all, the location is excellent, giving loads of options for eating out, buying groceries, enjoying a walk.  The apartments are all spacious and kept clean with daily maid service, as a rule, the balcony is not cleaned but if you request it to be cleaned it will be done with little fuss.  The service is excellent and always with a smile.  The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained with tropical plants and birds and of a generous size.  By far the best feature is the location, the views from the balconies are amazing both day and night, our guests have been wowed by not only the views but watching the stream of boats passing and also by the firework displays which can often be seen and heard towards JBR.  I would not hesitate to recommend or book these hotel apartments again.

Unbeatable location, wonderful views, excellent service, extremely spacious apartment

Sure, you can spend 4 times more and stay in classier places, but why would you?This really is a hidden gem. We have not stayed in an Apart Hotel before, but basically, you get the apartment space (300sqm) with the all the facilities and rooms serviced daily. There isn't a restaurant at the facility, but there are dozens of places within a few hundred yards. There really is nothing negative to say about this place, so here are my main points;
- The staff are happy and absolutely excellent... 5* service and everyone is so helpful
- The gym is an actual proper gym and not one of these 'fitness rooms' that so many hotels disappoint you with.. absolutely fantastic
- The pool is smallish but fine
- The room was phenomenal. There was just two of us bur we had 3 bedrooms, marina view and 300sqm.... yes 300sqm with a huge lounge, balcony and great kitchen
- The apartment had everything you need with washing machine, full kitchen and utensils, plates, glasses and a huge fridge / freezer, Iron etc.. You don't need to bring anything
- The location is perfect, right on the front line of the marina and within 100yards there are shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Alcohol Shop.... everything! So many choices and JBR Walk is so close

We have stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home so hopefully, you get the impression that we loved this place and will 100% return. The only thing, like many properties, is that it was much cheaper to book via Expedia than direct with the property... I never understand this, but anyway, Well Done Marina Hotel Apartments, a fantastic find in Dubai and see you again.

WOW... A great place and superb value for money. Try this place and you won't stay anywhere else in Dubai ever again

We stayed at Marina Hotel Apartment for the second time in 3 months. First time we were 4 adults and a 5 years old, in a 2 bedroom with balcony; second time just my husband and myself for business trip. The place is superb in every aspect!

Location is 10 out of 10: 4 minutes walking distance from Shoba metro station and Dubai Marina tram stop. This means in fee minutes you are in the mail lines to all the main attractions and business places. Also, you walk out the entrance and you are on Marina Walk where you can enjoy relaxing time, getti to a full variety of restaurants, supermarket, ice cream places and even the boat tour in the Marina.

The apartments are very spacious, living rooms are cosy and luxury, with floor to ceiling windows that give you wonderful views of the Marina even on the side of the building. The kitchen is fully furnished, dishwasher and washing machine are a plus if you stay for longer period.

The polls are great, we’ll maintained with green gardens around and an impressive views on the skyline.

The staff is professional, very welcoming and ready to help you in case of any issue within the apartments.

We’ll definitely come back as we feel like home

A real gem in Dubai Marina

We found these good sized apartments scrupulously clean, the staff were wonderfully attentive and gym and pool always well maintained. Ideally placed just metres from both Metro and Tram stops. Free delivery from mini-market over the road. Pharmacy and ladies salon in adjacent block. Excellent value for money.

Excellent Staff, Excellent Service, Prime Location

Easy check in, apartment spacious for family of four.. maintenance let thinks down, bedroom lamp  not working, reported but not repaired, AC  in 2nd bedroom not working properly.. balcony never cleaned before or during our stay. Small gym restricted pool timings and number of people max 6 ..   TV  channels list in apartmentbut ..only very few available nothing like the list provided

Great location and good value for money 

The hotel apartments are very well located smack bang by the water front in the marina with outstanding views of the skyline. We’d requested a marina view and were obliged on the 14th floor. You don’t really have any interaction with the staff other than hi’s and byes on entry but the lady on reception was very helpful as was, security and Sherif who helped with our baggage. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly daily and has ample room for the 2 families who stayed there. Self catering well appointed family apartment which was great for our visit. The apartments themselves were very quiet which was great for our children. The safety features were key for us and the balconies have child locks but given the size of the apartment the kids didn’t really want to come outside anyway. If coming back to the marina would definitely stay here.

Great location, great stay

We had the most amazing  3 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, it’s very spacious, clean with lovely views of the marina. The staff are absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Ideally situated close to the metro with easy access to the marina walk

TOP CLASS STAY AT THE MARINA HOTEL APARTMENTS

We chose this two bedroom apartment for its closeness to the metro station. 

The lobby was large and welcoming.

Check in was at 3pm. We were checked in by a charming receptionist Sarah Jan. She allocated us an apartment on the 14th floor. It had nice views of the city. From the lounge we had a partial view of the marina.

The air conditioned apartment was a large one. It had two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. As you enter the apartment, the kitchen and guest toilet are ahead of you. On the left are the two bedrooms and the lounge/dining area. The whole apartment is very spacious. The floors have marbled tiles. The lounge has a large TV mounted on the wall. Outside the lounge is a balcony with views of the city.

The kitchen is large and has a large fridge in it. There was also a microwave. 

The bathrooms had a bathtub, shower attachment, wash basin and toilet.

The beds were very comfortable. There was a mirror door wardrobe. It had a safe. The apartment was tastefully furnished. 

The hotel room rate is about GBP 155 per night. To that you need to add municipality fee, service charge, tourism fee and VAT. All these add a further GBP45 per night to the rate.  

Marina Hotel Apartments are in an excellent location. The Marina Walk with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets are a few minutes walk away. Dubai Marina Mall is about a fifteen minute walk away.  The metro station “SOBHA REALTY” is about a two to three minutes walk from the apartment. Eight stations towards the city is Dubai Mall – where the Burj Khalifa is located. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes. 

On another note – I think the apartment could do with some renovations as the wear and tear in some places is quite noticeable.
