It is not a first time that I choose this place to stay in Dubai. 
I like it because I really have a feeling to stay in authentic arabic palace :) 
Architecture is awesome compared to all the other skyscapers around! 
When you enter in the hotel, the first you notice it is a parfume - deep oriental aroma directly seduce you! Than you notice the excellence of the service, the staff is very attentive, smiling and always ready to help. Then, while you do your check-in you can already admire the arabic design of the hotel. As I am interested in design and fourniture I took so many photos of their beautiful chairs and tables and sofas... :))

Well, now let's speak about the room. 
I stayed there 3 times and can tell that my favorite room is with the view on Dubai fountains. It is increadible, you open your window and can admire the show. The room is huge, you can dance or make sport there if you wish. The bed is super comfortable. You have everything you need: nice bar with chocolates, salty things, drinks, tea, coffee. In the bathroom I like that they have all necessary for your daily hygiene, in case of if you have forget something  (tooth brushing set, cotton makeup remover, nails set.....). 

I did several times room service and the food is very good and the service is fast - max 30 minutes. From my favorites - signature carrot cake, grilled sea food and green risotto. 

The breakfast is another story! 
It is such a pleasure to wake up and have your breakfast on a terrasse near to their beautiful swimming pool with the view on Burj Khalifa. The choice of food is big and everybody can find what he likes. And the team there is so sweet. They prepared for me a special table for my last day of stay and offered a cake for this occasion. Thanks again guys. It was a nice surprise.

OH YES! Try their Suturday AFTERNOON TEA!!! It is amazing! Big selection of hot drinks, sweets and live music.

Well, for sure one of the best hotel to stay in DUBAI!

My second home in Dubai! authentic experience!

All I can say is that the service was immaculate. Perfect food, perfect drinks, amazing array of choice! From the moment we got there to the moment we got our cab  home, everything was impeccable. 
Our servers Shephard and Naba have been over the moon helpful. Our glasses were never empty and our table was always perfect. 
Thank you so much and well done to everyone for such an amazing experience! 


Friday Brunch

Just checked out from the Palace after a 3 night stay. A lovely hotel in a top location - we have had a wonderful stay here. A special mention to our concierge Kenneth who went out of his way to help us with recommendations for things to do, places to see and the best tables in the best restaurants. His level of service was truly exceptional.

I just wanted to say thank you again for your treatment of all the ladies yesterday at afternoon tea.
Your service and attention was exemplary. The chefs were magnificent at producing such an beautiful cake. The whole afternoon tea was something all the ladies will remember as one of the best moments of our time spent in the UAE.

Afternoon Tea 

This felt like an old-world glamour hotel, though it's not that old. Upscale, with excellent dining options, incredible city views from pretty much every room, and you can't beat the location. The room itself (king) was spacious, but was not worth the price we paid at that time. Cleaning left a bit to be desired; there were tiny ants throughout the washroom (counter and floor of washroom, but did not see them anywhere else in the room). Bathroom itself was spacious with double vanity and very nice shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Pool area outdoors is great for visiting, with comfy loungers, tables, food/bar service, etc., but we did not see anyone using the pool for swimming while there. More of a "be seen looking nice" type of spot.  Less than a 10-minute walk to the Dubai Mall.

Excellent location & on-site dining, rooms okay

The Palace Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in we were treated with kid gloves. Food was fabulous, waiters took great care of us and our room staff was perfect. Our room was beautiful and super comfortable. We highly recommend. 

Luxury in the heart of downtown Dubai

We had the most wonderfull holiday in Dubai staying in The Palace Downtown, the hotel is most worthy of it's 5 star status.  Starting with the beautifull surroundings, the luxury hotel, the bedrooms sumptus bed and linen, the well kitted out large bathroom the veranda, wonderfully polite and attentive staff, the beautiful food and the most divine aroma throughout the hotel, most worthy of a recommendation.

Amazing place with a very good location. the service from the staff is beyond amazing. We ordered a lot from the room service and the food was really good and service was fast. "Gavin Dsouza" was really helpful and super friendly. The breakfast is also very good and a lot of varieties. Would definitely recommend this place to all of our friends.

Everything is perfect

Definitely left a lasting memory for us.  They made our stay very pleasant.  My husband and I felt like at home.  The staff was warm, and always were very rapid to respond to our request.  Excellent buffet.  Mr. Ganesh was absolutely wonderful.  He was very attentive, friendly and took care of us.  He made our last day special.  What a lovely place this is.  A true Palace

Hotel located in the complex of the Dubai Mall, next to the Burj Khalifa.Inmejorable location, impressive hotel in everything, decoration, rooms, super friendly service and food, and temptations not to leave the hotel all day.I can't stress anything specific because everything is from 10.Super recommended.
