Each guest must submit a copy of their passport to the property 72 hours prior to arrival. The property will not guarantee any bookings if the copy is not provided. Please submit your passport copies on Wednesday if your arrival day is Friday or Saturday.

Access to the Nakheel shoreline beach clubs is not included in the room rate. Daily passes for the beach clubs can be purchased from the shoreline clubhouse located between buildings 3 and 4. The property is close to the free public beach Jumeirah Beach Residences.?

Maintenance companies are closed on Friday and public holidays. If repairs are required on these days, a temporary solution will be provided and a permanent solution will be offered the next business day.

The property requires a credit card authorization letter to be signed before arrival.,Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.

Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 48 hour(s) prior to arrival.

Late check-out is available until 11:00 AM at an additional charge and subject to availability.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of AED 3000 upon check-in.

A security deposit will be charged upon check-in and will be refunded within 7 business days after departure. In case there is any damage, the security deposit will not be refunded or will be partially refunded.
