Applies for all Arrivals: Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one-night room rate. For early check-in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest, the Best Available Rate of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.

Bed Type (King or Twin) and Preference of Smoking or Non-Smoking is subject to availability.

Half Board Plus – Dine Around: Per person per night, lunch or dinner, buffet or set menu in O'lio Restaurant or Violet outlets, Aquarius Pool Bar special Menu, 2 selected house beverages, and free flow of soft beverages and water., Applies for all Arrivals: Complimentary shuttle service to La Mer Beach (24h prior registration is required to La Mer beach only), Outlet mall (please check directly with the hotel regarding bus schedule) and Mall of the Emirates (please check directly with the hotel regarding bus schedule). This service is on first comes, first serves basis and no advance reservations will be taken.

Room sizes: Guest Room - 28sqm, Large Corner Room - 32sqm, Spacious Room - 38sqm, Burj Khalifa View Room - 32sqm, Spacious Family Room - 75sqm.

Guest Room: A 28 sqm area with either a king or twin beds, located from the 9th to the 34th floor, all rooms have a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer & Microwave.

Large Corner Room: A 32 sqm area with a king bed, a sitting area for two person with a coffee table having a picturesque view. all rooms have a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer & Microwave.

Spacious Room: A 38 sqm area with a king bed, a sitting area & dining table for two. Having a picturesque view, all rooms have a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, Microwave & Washing Machine.

Spacious Family Room: A 75 sqm area with a king size bed & a separate living room with a sofa bed, dining table for 4 persons. All rooms have a closed kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, Microwave & Washing Machine. A large bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower.

Burj Khalifa View Room: A 32 sqm area with a king bed, a sitting area for two person with a coffee table having a picturesque view of Burj Khalifa. All rooms have a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer & Microwave.

Rotana Lounge access: Exclusive lounge access with dedicated high-speed internet, free flow of coffee, Tea & soft drinks all day long. Selected house beverages during Happy Hours. Express breakfast, & evening canapes. Children access age (6-11.99).

Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club offers fully equipped gymnasium, male and female sauna, Jacuzzi and steam rooms, an outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool for kids and adults, and massage rooms.
