You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. Only Credit Cards are accepted. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Espace Holiday Homes will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability at an extra charge. Check in after 9:30 pm, will only be accepted, if full payment done before that time and at an extra charge of AED 150 Early check out before 8 am will be charged at AED 150 If agreed check in or check out time is not respected, AED 150 for each will be deducted from the security deposit.
