What was good

The people who are working on the ground floor (especially who check in the visitors) are very friendly and always ready to help. First, we were the hotel provided the room where the strong smoked air was. We asked to give us another room and the manager provided the new one with water view as an apology. The food service was also very well. Everyday they asked us about our feedback in very nice way :) thanks for the service, guys!

What was bad

There are a lot of things. Firstly, it is a cleaning service: after cleaning the room there was a lot of dust. The cleaning service didn't, I.e. The Dust on a table digital clock seems to have native :) They didn't also vacuum the room and didn't clean the bathroom floor. The window and tulle were also dirty :( As for food: I won't write about poor diversity but I want to say that it is impossible to put Unripe melons and watermelons on the breakfast table. And the last but not the least: the buses which drove us to the beach and shopping malls. They were extremely dirty and old. One time when we were driving to the mall the bus broke and we were waiting for the another. Is it the level of 5star hotel?!
