Booked apartment for our stay over Christmas. We booked the two bedroomed apartment for myself, my husband and my sister and was more than spacious for the three of us. Everything was as described when booking and would thoroughly recommend. Spotlessly clean, clear instructions on what to do when we arrived and also for how to operate and access Everything in the apartment. Melissa was on hand at all times for any questions we had and having off street parking in the centre of Aberdeen - a total bonus! Located a few minutes walk from Union Street to all city centre amenities. We will definitely be returning.

A fantastic find in the city centre

The location is good, the facilities are reasonable. I
The door lock was broken and we could not turn the key. There was no toilet paper.  There were no tea towels. There were insufficient towels. The freezer compartment of the fridge was iced over. In a replacement apartment there was a problem with the hot water system which only worked intermittently. The providers were helpful and attentive but could not resolve all of the problems during our stay. The local street is very noisy in the early hours of the morning's on Fridays and Saturdays.

Maintenance and service problems

We have been staying here for 20 days (and unfortunately 10 more days to stay in) and no one even knocked on the door for room cleaning. The apartment looks pretty clean on the first day but it goes on your nerve when no one cares about supplying toilet paper, shampoo, etc at least once every week. 

To be fair, there is a complete set of cookware if you would like to cook yourself. No need to look for additional utensils. Good location, the apartment is within a one-minute walk from Union Street.

Awful service

Very clean - brand new furniture, kitchen, bed linen, bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. Incredible hosts - very friendly and accommodating. Very conveniently located - near to the centre, all cafes and shops. 5 out of 5.

The cleanest apartment we stayed in

Just stayed at these apartments and 
Have to say what a wonderful relaxing and peaceful place to stay. They are serviced apartments so everything is provided. Breakfast is included. As it was a Sunday morning we had a delivery at the apartment door. Fresh croissants,fruit,cereal,juice,and homemade shortbread.delicious. Then Monday morning you went downstairs and next door to the bakery to put in your order. The owners are such friendly people anything they can do to make your stay better they will. Would highly recommend these to others 

Two night break

Friendly staff and clean apartment,use the apartment every month when travelling from norwich to fly offshore.Close to Aberdeen city centre and plenty of places to eat nearby.Highly recommended to anyone for buiness or pleasure.

Great apartment

We decided to stay in an apartment with our 2 children, instead of a hotel. It was such a good choice. 
We were welcomed by the owner, a very friendly and helpful man. Situated in a central location with private parking, the apartment is beautifully decorated, with plenty of light and spotlessly clean (this is particularly important to us as we have a crawling baby and a toddler). 
There are two bedrooms, both with very comfy double beds and built in wardrobes. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling and spacious with a large rain shower. The kitchenette has all you need; cutlery, dishes, tea, coffee etc. Sitting area is comfortable with two sofas and a chair, large flat screen tv on the wall and also a games station. For breakfast, bacon and sausage rolls were provided by the bakery attached to the apartments - lovely!
We only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed for 2. This place is fantastic and if you're looking for a comfortable stay in the city, close to shops, restaurants etc then I would highly recommend Chapel Apartments. We will definitely come back!

Super apartment - better than a hotel

my wife and I stayed in these apartments whilst work was being done at our home. the apartment was excellent very clean and very homely.the owners were first class and very friendly .I was even able to book a extra night at end of our stay.the apartment was very central but there was minimal noise. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
