Lovely hotel with lots of charm. The hotel/bar on the ground floor seem popular with the locals. The food in the restaurant is excellent.  Staff is friendly. My room is large and beautiful. Bed is comfortable. Everything better than. Expected. In summer they have  terrace dining. But, my visit is October when it’s too chilly . Free parking, playground on site and dogs welcome.

Stay here when in Aberdeen

Had a wonderful stay here for my husbands 70th, the room was lovely and a comfy bed. We dined here too along with the family and could not fault the meal either. The staff were so genuinely pleasant and friendly. 1st class all round, well done to all the staff.

Amazing food and amazing service

Beautiful, small hotel for a brief stay in Aberdeen. The room was spacious and quiet. We had a lovely night's rest after a hectic day of international travel. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in to our room. Great linens and a lovely view overlooking the grounds. We walked further into town for dinner and a bit of bar hopping before enjoying a night cap at the hotel bar. If the weather had been a little warmer, the outdoor seating area would have been a marvelous way to end an evening. The next morning, I went for a run down to Duthie Park before returning to a hearty breakfast. The staff were kind enough to hold my breakfast for me since my exploration of the Park and nearby area kept me out longer than I had planned. Would stay here again and recommend it highly!

Comfortable Aberdeen Stay

Really good hotel with spacious rooms. Friendly staff. 
Good location and breakfast was superb. 
Excellent value for money.  Only downside for us, no lift so mobility is key.
Tea / coffee facilities in room could be organised more efficiently in the cupboards to free up storage room and a few coat hooks on the door too wouldn’t go a miss. 
Overall 9/10 from us 👍☀️

Good hotel in a nice location

Stayed at the Hotel on a Saturday night, bed and breakfast, everything about the stay was spot on. Checked in late afternoon and both bar and restaurant were busy. Our room was very good, modern decorated, clean, warm with good facilities. 
We ate in restaurant in the evening and the food was very good. The both bar and restaurant were busy.  Staff were good. 
Breakfast was also very good. For the quality of the room and breakfast you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great visit

Lovely rooms, very clean and modern. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant, it was excellent, they have a very good cook. One of the best meals we had in our road trip in Scotland ! Congratulations to all the staff, all very friendly! We loved our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful

Stop scrolling you have found your place to stay in Aberdeen. A "Scottish" boutique, hotel , I think privately owned , as it was super friendly and top value for money , it helped that although fairly central ( 10 min walk to top of Union st. ) the hotel had ample parking.
We didnt try the evening meal, but breakfast was included and a full Scottish set us up for the day. Room was spacious and clean, excellent shower and a fridge , which was very handy .
I have to admit in future stays in the Granite city we wouldnt be looking at anywhere else.

a fantastic find

Had scallops and haggis bonbons starters together. Great choice on the menus and everything looked great. Charlotte & her team are just great with the welcome and service. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and enjoy outside.

Quick, successful visit!

Lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.  We were there for a family meal and despite choosing a variety of dishes from an extensive menu, the food arrived all at the same time, was well presented and was thoroughly enjoyable , we’ll definitely visit again.

Friendly Helpful Staff and Excellent Food

We had a family celebration meal here for our parents Golden wedding. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the start. They communicated well via email & were always happy to answer any of my questions. Everyone was very happy with the food & service. Great choice on the menu. Would definitely recommend.
