Staff are very helpful, efficient and welcoming. Room very clean and sufficient for our needs. Food or s good. Quick service.

Don’t be put off by outside appearance

Stayed here for a night for work. 
You just cant fault the Premier Inn, for price and value for money. 
Took the meal deal for £24 which meant I had a 2 course dinner and drink, plus buffet breakfast in the morning.  Standard affair, which was well stocked and well cooked
Room was clean and comfy just what is to be expected from the Premier Inn. No nasty surprises. Does the job without costing a fortune 
bed and pillows were super comfy so was able to get a good nights sleep after the drive up
Hotel was quite busy, I don’t know if it was change over on the rigs, but it was really quiet and a nice stay
2mins from the main street and not far from the beach either, though didn’t visit given it was Baltic! 
Recommend this if your travelling for business purposes

does the job

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating my needs - at check in and especially at breakfast. The hotel is pretty comfortable. There was no heating in my room for them first hour but a visit to reception solved that. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. 

Disabled access isn’t great - it’s through a door at the back in the car park, then a manual door that isn’t easy to open in a chair to gain access to the lift to reception. The access to my accessible room (9) was a bit compromised by a duct on the opposite wall of the corridor impinging on turning space into the room. 18 months after my previous review there’s still no sign at the entrance indicated how to get wheelchair access.

Great staff, fairly comfortable. Some disabled access issues. Still no sign at the entrance to the wheelchair entrance.

We had an excellent visit from day one to departure. You have an amazing lady Anna that was attentive to my friend and i request. The hotel was spectacular in regards of cleanliness and staff. We was not disturbed and had the best sleep. Comfy clean beds.

We stayed for two nights before setting off to travel around Aberdeenshire.  We travelled up by train and the hotel was a convenient walk from the train station. 
 It was also quick and easy to get to the town for food.  The service from the front of house team was very cheery and efficient.  They remembered to give us the 'second' towel upfront rather than needing to check into the room and then go and get it.  We didn't eat in the hotel this time as we'd booked food in the town. Very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked.   Would stay again.

Excellent service and a good night's sleep

Stayed on a work trip and was pleasantly surprised how welcoming, friendly the staff were The room was spotless and well equiped. Bed really comfy with a good sleep and breakfast was top notch. 
Well done Premier Inn - Great Value for money

Better than expected

couldn't park our car even though we paid £14 for it. receptionist couldn't care less. we left early as couldn't risk car being out on the main street. i won't be going back to this hotel as i need security for my car due to it carrying our business stuff. we travelled from the north east of england, so a long trip to risk our car being broken into

if you want parking, don't come here

Short stay for a sport event, arriving late, easy automated check-in, the hotel was clean, silent, bed were very good, continental breakfast for 1 adult + 1 children for free is good value for the money.

Night at aberdeen

Very central to everything. Rooms are spotless, quiet rooms. Staff are all very welcoming. Small carpark available  £7.00 for 24 hour parking. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Small bar available beside reception. 

Excellent hotel

Very please with our stay. 
Receptionist Elle was a very pleasant person to deal with. Helpful and informative. 
Good variety of drinks and meals at the bar/ restaurant. 
My only problem is now that the hotel does not own the hotel the parking is atrocious. Seems a free for all and anyone can park there which is not ideal for paying guest who have to park their cars else where, sometimes miles away.
