Due to snow storm hitting up North we couldn't get back home to Inverness after visiting our daughter who goes to uni at Aberdeen so ended up booking your premier inn for 2 nights. 

What an absolute delight it was to stay, the staff was so thoughtuf the manager on Monday morning brought us chocolates and the card while having breakfast. 
Girl in the morning who was serving was so nice and polite
Room was spacious and clean 
We went for dinner food was nice and girls in the restaurant very attentive and chatty 
Brilliant customer service which is not that easy to find these days

Will definitely will be back

Great Hotel, excellent customer service

No chef available so extremely limited menu on offer for dinner (desserts and prawn linguini essentially)

Woke up in the morning to find the floor completely damp beneath the window, pulled the curtains aside to look at the window and there was black mould around sides of the window progressing into the walls. Our open suitcase with our clothes for the day were also damp having spent the evening in that corner of the room.

Fantastic customer care

Excellent efficient and friendly service despite being short staffed and a good supper. Israel who was barman, waiter and check-in was really brilliant - very friendly and attentive and always a smile - definitely in the right job !

First Class Service 

I am CEO - Founder of a tour operator business and I was traveling for business, I have been using the Premier Inn chain for a long time which has never disappointed me but this time it was truly a terrible experience.
This hotel does not have staff always present at check in and you have to wait for someone to arrive and furthermore the electronic self check in screens were completely turned off.
After waiting for someone to arrive I got the card to enter the room and the room was terrible, it had a terrible musty smell and did not correspond to the photos on the official website (new style with the following features: spotlights, hairdryer, comfortable wardrobe , powerful shower, modern and clean bathroom floor with modern majolica on the walls) but they were old-fashioned rooms (with ceiling lights, no hairdryer, poor wardrobe, very poor and not very powerful shower, old yellow and sticky bathroom floor and old majolica from parades)
Finally, the free wi fi was extremely slow and to get fast wi fi you had to pay whereas in other Premier Inn facilities the free wi fi is fast and the paid wi fi is super fast.
I complained to the staff at check in and they offered me a different room (a little better than the previous one but still old fashioned with the negative features mentioned above)
I asked the reason why the rooms on the official website all appeared with the new style and initially the girl at check in told me that these were in the "premium building" and made me understand that she could not offer me the room in the "building" building premium" for the reason that I had to pay more but then a colleague of his intervened and told me instead that the current hotel does not have "building premium" but only old style rooms (the girl had tried to deceive me into believing that I had to pay more for the new style rooms )
Finally, after I showed the official Premier Inn website where only new style rooms are shown in the current hotel, I could see their great discomfort due to the fact that the truth had become evident and I asked to speak to the manager / supervisor of the hotel to protest and request a refund.
The manager / supervisor was not present and I received the contact email but it was the wrong email address and I had to request it again but I also wanted to speak face to face and I was told that she would be present at the hotel on the next day at 5pm  but instead I had the opportunity to see him in the morning during breakfast (also in this case they tried to deceive me)
I had the opportunity to receive a written response to my email from the manager / supervisor Kadri and I also had the opportunity to speak face to face and despite the fact that the new style rooms were present on the website she denied that the room I had was different and she also said that I was aggressive towards the staff at check in and that this is not tolerated when in fact I was exhausted from the travel.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATION: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PREMIER INN ABERDEEN AIRPORT FOR LEISURE AND BUSINESS TRAVEL

Close to Premier Inn Aberdeen Airport you can find other better hotels like Moxy, Crowne Plaza and Hilton

Had a lovely stay with you! It was the best Premier inn I have ever stayed in ! Thank you so much! Great location & walking distance from the airport. We did not eat at the restaurant so can’t comment because of the early flight. Highly recommend

Good value

We were at p&j live staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We ended up staying an extra night. The food was lovely and rooms were extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and kind to my 7 year old son. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

The hotel was in good shape, very clean and tidy. The room is big and very clean
I felt very welcomed bu their staff and Israel did everything to make it even better, caring with conversations, i felt very well treated
If I come back i know which hotel i will look for

Nice stay

I don't usually leave reviews anywhere, but I feel the need to say thank you so much to the staff at Premier Inn Dyce Airport, and in particular, Israel (I think his name was!).    We came for food, his service was extremely polite and friendly, and we made a mistake in our timings which meant we ordered an expensive cocktail without realising we didn't have the time to drink it.   In leaving it almost untouched at the table, Israel asked why we left it, and after we explained our mistake, he went over and above to please us and promised a cocktail upon our return later that night.  Right enough, Israel recognised us immediately, greeted us and without even us even asking, he went ahead and gave us the drink as promised.    

I've stayed in a lot of premier inns over the years, and this has been easily the best experience I've had with the mostly friendly and pleasant member of staff that Premier Inn should be proud of having!

One staff member is perticular was amazing!

I had an overnight stay in the hotel as I was getting an early flight out of Aberdeen airport and it was brilliant, rooms were nice, bar area was nice and the receptionist/server Shaun was wonderful. I had a few drinks at the bar and Shaun and I had some great conversation and he even booked me a taxi for the next morning. Overall great stay with great staff!
