Excellent apartment very clean and has everything you need it is a home away from home. 

Located near the centre of town which is accessible walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. There is free parking on site which is a bonus as well.

Not easy to get to in car, due to one way systems.once in excellent facilities,lovely modern kitchen facilities,bathroom superb, everything you need and short walking distance to all the shops and a little further to the harbour and beach.

Excellent modern accomadation

We booked the Zinn apartments Raeburn Place as a spur of the moment idea we didnt plan on stayin in aberdeen that night but glad we did. We arrived and were greeted by two lovely ladies at the reception who were very welcoming and helpful. They had our apartment all ready for us even though we were early checking in. They gave us the pin number needed for the room and front door we were on the 1st floor apartment 4. The apartment was lovely very spacious and very clean. All cooking utensils pans etc were there fridge and freezer was stocked with a big bag of ice. The decor of the apartment was really modern and really nice. In the living room there was a breakfast bar and sofa with tv on the wall then the lovely modern kitchen and cooker,washing machine, oven, diswasher. There were little pots of milk in the fridge and teabags etc already there. Lovely plates and cups and wine glasses! The bathroom is beautiful huge sink and lovely shower there are two shower heads a big rain one and a normal one amazing in the morning. The bedroom had a big really comfy bed and spacious wardrobe with drawers for jewellery etc. Also a tv in the bedroom and a desk and chair. I could not say one bad thing about this apartments. There are still some apartments on the 1st floor and above being made and done up etc this didnt bother us as there was no noise or mess. Outside the apartment is a little deck where you could go and smoke etc and a lounge outside the apartments on the 1st floor. There is a lift to take you up the levels. 
We wernt sure how to use the cooker and needed the wifi info the reception were great really helpful. Although we didnt use it there is also parking next door. 
I wish we could have stayed longer it was a great night in a great apartment. We will definately be going back my fiance was just as taken as i was with it. that is now our new favourite place to stay in aberdeen and all for a really reasonable price of £65. 
I didnt catch the name of the ladies on reception but thank you for a lovely stay.

Night in aberdeen

Lovely apartment, well fitted out, very comfortable bed and great shower.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good night's sleep in the centre of Aberdeen. Every thing you need in a quiet location, walking distance to the theatre and shops.

Quiet break in the centre of town.

We can only say one word BRILLIANT.  This was far better than any hotel room, comfortable, clean, warm with the ability to relax, and get a cuppa at any time. In addition the proprietors were on hand to help (when I had forgotten certain code numbers). My advice ditch the hotel and go for an apartment.

Short stay in Zenn

I really enjoyed my time in the apartment I stayed in. I was very warm and comfortable. The only small negative thing I would say is that almost every plate and glass I pulled out had not been cleaned properly, but hey I have two hands. The bathroom and rest of the apartment was very clean and presentable thought.  It has a great Wifi connection and large clear TV.  Its about a 20-30min walk to Union street, city centre. I would return
