Firstly the good bits ;  plenty of stuff for a basic breakfast and on request a free parking space just down the road. Central for everything, not too expensive, useful if you want somewhere to chill out inbetween doing stuff. Bathroom was fine, clean and with a good shower.
Now the bad bits ; very noisy on Saturday night until 4am, noisy on Sunday night until after midnight, pretty basic furnishings, I'd guess Argos, all a bit cheap and plastic, but well equipped.
Now the really bad bit, flat F, top floor, you need to either be a midget or stoop constantly and wonder why you have a sore neck! The ceilings slope in both living and bed rooms, you can just about avoid them in the living space but the bedroom is dangerous. Impossible to get in or out of the very small bed on either side without cracking your head on the ceiling or stubbing your toes on the bed. This room is not big enough for a double bed.
Sorry but I'm just being honest.

Not great

These apartments are in the heart of the city centre, minutes from the train station and bus station.  Access to the building is via a numeric pad and to the apartment via a key card.  There is no onsite reception but the codes can be had via a telephone call.

First impressions were good.  I was in apartment B, which is roomy, plenty of windows, seperate bedroom and living/cooking area.  The secondary double glazing meant quiet nights despite the city centre location.

The downsides were the hot water (the best I could get was tepid, not even warm), no dishwasher (so washing up in the sink with no hot water) and an electric oven I found impossible to get working.  An instruction sheet would have been nice.

Nice location

I went home to visit and rented this flat. It was lovely! Right outside the Music Hall and right next to all the shops in Union Street. Had a walk down to the River Dee, and Duthee Park, picked up some fish and chips from the shop next to the apartment and had a lovely evening in watching telly.
The apartment was clean and everything was functional. I loved the heated floors! Also, my bedroom had an orange fluffy cushion which quite stood out in my mind. I will certainly be going back again, I hope the cushion is still there! :-)

In The Heart of Aberdeen

Stayed in apartments for one night as going to see James Morrison at AECC would have loved to have stayed longer.  As with previous reviews they are so easy to access and everything is on your doorstep.  We will definately be back and next time we will stay longer -nice to find a gem like this.

Brilliant city centre flats

•	very nice and pleasant spot
•	taxi parking is just outside the apartments front door
•	bus stations are so close too (approx 2 minute walk)
•	Maid service was only once a week – was not the best; just changing the towels and linen with a bit floor sweeping – not that efficient 
•	Modern furniture - very clean and tidy; generous space for long stay 
•	free wireless internet - excellent!
•	They only offer a welcoming basket – no breakfast (not very practical for my business trip)
•	Staff was helpful when called – no head office in the building – only the apartments
•	The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was small and    
•	The toilet sink was slippery and you can hardly but anything on it
•	No elevator/lift - I stayed in apartment D and it was tiring to climb the stairs especially when first came in with heavy luggage
•	quick and simple way of check-in and -out but i find it weird to do that without physically meeting any of the staff
•	No door lock from the inside - just the security card upon entering the building and the same for the apartment 
•	Fully equipped kitchen was wow
•	Bathroom layout was amazing except for the sink tiny issue I mentioned earlier
•	You have TV and sky box in the bedroom and living room – that was excellent
•	Good heating system
•	Not very large storage area – but it was ok
