Great location  for Ascot races, we arranged the fireworks night.
Friendly welcome on check in.
Lovely room, comfy bed.  Off road parking.
Room at the top of the building, last flight of stairs was narrow.


Great stay for weekend 

Very welcoming team to Lyndricks House. Arriving after 8.30pm after a long drive was fully accommodated with clear instructions re entry and free parking right outside my door! Fresh milk left in fridge and biscuits to boot. I was even able to remain in my room for a short period to prepare for a job interview that day. Bowl,plate & cutlery also provided recognising that people might bring their own breakfast. Lovely hot shower and a super clean feel to the room. Was not aware of traffic. Beautifully quiet. Absolutely spot on and I would certainly recommend Lyndricks House to anyone. Thanks Top Team!

Spot on, great value and friendly accommodating staff who cannot be faulted. 

I was looking for a place to stay in Ascot so that I could take my Husband to the PGA golf at Wentworth and a friend recommended Lyndricks House - and it did not disappoint! The lady at reception was so accommodating and booked us a ground floor room as I have trouble with stairs. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast each morning before heading to the golf. I loved the scrambled eggs and sausages. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ascot, I would highly recommend as our stay was a memorable one.

Birthday trip for Hubby

My wife and I visited Lyndricks house in August for our anniversary and the lovely staff made the trip a memorable one! Arti (the manager) is lovely and the room was big and clean, with a comfy bed. We opted for the full english breakfast in the morning and loved the dining room which overlooks the beautiful garden. 10/10, would stay again.

The accommodation itself was lovely, big and clean so no complaints there, however myself and 3 friends had booked a room which on the booking stated it was for 4 adults, when we got there the host was extremely rude and started off by saying ‘you’re not a family’ which we was not aware was an issue as the booking said 4 adults, there was no welcoming hello when we arrived, she continued to give us all attitude, one of us stated we had just been to a funeral and that was just wanted a place to stay, to which she responded ‘dressed like that?’ (As it was a colourful dress code), whilst I understand the room may have been intended as a family room, our booking seemed fine for 4 adults to stay, so whilst this may have been a miscommunication her automatic response was passive and extremely unwelcoming, which got my back up especially after a heavy emotional day. 

So please be aware the host is not welcoming for adults of groups bigger than 2, despite what it says on the booking system, she didn’t offer a refund, instead was trying to get us to pay more. Such a shame xxx

Hostess doing the leastess

The owners are absolutely lovely, they genuinely care. The location is great for Ascot, a 25min walk or the hotel will get you a taxi. The room was OK, everything you need, although the bathroom in ours was quite small, if you are a big person you'd struggle, but for our needs it was fine. Our only actual issue was the breakfast table, it's just one large table and we personally find that awkward eating and talking around strangers.  The room is beautiful and big enough for a few small tables that for us would have made it better. The breakfast itself was fantastic, top rating

Another great stay

A few days ago we returned home from a trip in Ascot and would like to show our gratitude to the whole team at Lyndricks House. Arti and her family were polite, radiant and made us feel at home and it clear that Arti’s business is at the heart of what she does. Our rooms were highly clean, comfortable and stocked with fresh milk and a variety of amenities. No ask was too big for Arti from booking us taxis to providing us with recommendations. 
Before leaving we had the pleasure of having the breakfast at Lyndricks that we had read so many reviews about. It lived up to its record. We picked between a mix of fried and scrambled eggs for our continental breakfast that was complimented by the wide range of cereals, fruit and fresh juices available. The star of the show though was Arti’s home made yoghurt! If you’re in the area and looking for an affordable but fabulous place to stay I would highly recommend Lyndricks House. 

Affordable Luxury!

Nice clean rooms but very small,okay for a one night stay.The breakfast was not good and the hot option consisted of fried or scrambled eggs nothing else ! This really did spoil our experience after all it wasn’t a cheap Guest house.Will not return on our next trip to Ascot

From the minute we arrived at Lyndricks guest house it felt like a home away from home. Arti was so lovely on check-in and the executive double was perfect. Special mention to the breakfast, my wife and I had the full English on both mornings and it was delicious, served in a dining room with a nice garden view. 
Top tip: make sure you try the Yoghurt at breakfast, it's amazing!
