Lovely well run, clean and cared for caravan site.
Good access, very helpful staff, good amenities and good central location.
Lovely swimming pool and a nice well stocked site shop.
The camp site offer to pitch your caravan by their experienced staff, which I would recommend taking them up on the offer.
Would recommend.

Great family weekend. 

Was an accessible and easy to navigate site. had plentyy of amenities available, and is set in beautiful surroundings.
The caravan was new clean and taken care of, hot tub was well maintained and instructions on checkin were great.
lots to do both locally and within reasonable traveling distances.
would recommend boat rental at Beer, Sidmouth is a nice laid back walk and beach visit. Haynes museum is good for the car enthusiast..... best attraction hands down is Exmoor Zoo, bit of a trek but a must. what could be better;
WiFi at the site is sporadic in cover and speed. But better than nothing. The pool could do with a bit better heating and the"emergency shop" albeit a great help if you've forgotten something could be better stocked.
We really enjoyed the holiday and would definitely visit again. The site is testament to the great work, high standards and effort put in at the site.

Weeks holiday in Devon

We stayed in  a caravan which had his own hot tub next to playground which meant that we could keep and eye on our kids while they were playing and we parents were relaxing.  Game room needs refurb lots of broken pool table had no tips..swimming pool was very nice however most people don't rinse  themselves before jumping in I saw a  lady had lots of mud and grass stuck to her feet but just removed her cloth and jumped in without shower first despite the notice says shower first. Some parents brought their babies in without correct pool nappy....staff was very friendly and helpful great bar and pizza was very tasty. Will visit and recommend definitely. 

Nice park

We stayed in one of the Orchard Retreat static lodges.  The place was very clean and in a quiet location with good views over the valley.  We all loved the hot tub which was checked twice daily for chorine levels.  When you leave the whole hot tub gets drained and cleaned for the next guests. 

The lodge comes fully equipped, large fridge and freezer if you want to do your own cooking etc.  We also went to the the Ploughman's bar which is onsite and has a variety of food to choose from.  Kids loved the pizza. The play park is right behind Ploughman's so you can sip cider and ensure the kids are enjoying themselves too.  

We also used the pool everyday which was never too busy.  The pool is also open from 8am to 8pm.

Location is pretty central for trips to place like Lyme Regis, Seaton etc.  We visited Axmouth, Beer, Beer Caves, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Charmouth,  Lyme Regis, Portland,  Seaton, Sidmouth etc.

Overall great place to stay, nice and clean, helpful staff, onsite bar and food and pretty central to places to visit.

We had a fantastic stay at the Andrewshayes orchard retreat. We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges which was on a quiet peaceful part of the park with fantastic views. It was within easy walking distance to the pool, park and pub. The kids loved the swimming pool and park which we used on a few occasions. We visited the pub on a number of occasions when we were greeted with a friendly welcome, the food and drinks were very good. The kids enjoyed the activities such as kids bingo and disco evenings which the staff put a lot of effort into. This park is within easy reach of a number of seaside towns, our favourite being Lyme Regis, west bay is also a lovely little town. We would recommend Andrewshayes and we will definitely be back!!!

Brilliant week at Andrewshayes orchard retreat

Just came back from a lovely stay on the Rally field,it was our first trip away with our caravan. It was perfect that the staff towed our caravan to our pitch. On-site our kids aged 5 and 7 loved the pool. There were sunloungers and tables around so was perfect for relaxing. The bar is located next to the play park which was ideal to watch the children play whilst we sat in the beer garden. We ate at the Ploughman’s a few times and the food was excellent especially the pizzas and burgers. After reading previous reviews about the coffee man we made a joke about it and he explained that coffee and teas were served during breakfast, however it was only instant coffee and tea. We found all the staff in the bar and park very helpful and always went above and beyond. We did have breakfast baps on the Saturday which were nice and a coffee with it. Andrewshayes is also a great base for local beaches and attractions. My boys particularly loved fossil hunting at Lyme Regis. Make sure you go to the Monmouth beach side as this seemed to be the favoured beach. 
We will definitely be back.

First family camping holiday

We stayed for a weekend in a Orchard Symphony 3-bedroom home. It was warm, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The park is set in lovely countryside and wasn’t very busy in late Sept. The heated indoor swimming pool was good; warm enough and was well cleaned. Would happily recommend the park for a family getaway - and we’d happily visit again.

Lovely family break

Initially booked on pitch up and I realised that I had booked the wrong dates. I emailed the campsite direct and they promptly replied that they had amended my error at no extra charge. Once we arrived to the site I was amazed at how big and clean the site was. The staff were all amazing. We eat in the on-site restaurant one evening and again the staff were amazing. Could do not do enough.  The pool area was lovely and clean. The children loved this. The arcade area was clean. They had a lovely little field for the boys to play football. All very well kept and looked after. We will definitely return to this site. Thank you everyone for looking after us so well.

Excellent customer service.

From the moment we arrived on site the customer service was exceptional. We arrived a little earlier before check in  time and we were seen right away and given our keys. I had booked the Oak 3 vip with hot tub.  it is such a lovely spacious caravan home from home i could actually live in this gorgeous caravan no problem.

There was a bottle of prosseco and a packet of amazing biscuits as a lovely welcome gift on arrival which was so nice to receive. The biscuits were to die for.

The oak 3 vip has its own closed off garden with sunbeds and garden furniture for 6 people. The fridge freezer is an actual family size home one its massive

The food in the pub was gorgeous home cooked food and massive portions and excellent value for money.

Axminster is an excellent point to get around the devon costline i would really recommend this holiday park and area. its great for families

excellent holiday park

Booked a stay here for two reasons - firstly location and secondly, it was the most reasonably priced holiday we'd seen.
And very glad we did - we had a wonderful holiday.  The holiday park is perfectly sized - not too big nor too small, the holiday home we stayed in was wonderful, it has all the facilities necessary on site and the staff were very friendly. Very impressed with the very quick response to a minor issue we had with the faux door attached the refrigerator, which came away from the actual freezer door - reported said issue and the Warden appeared approximately ten minutes later and repaired it! 
Also feel I should add that we appreciated how the numerous beaches and attractions in the East Devon area were not very far away - with the weather being as wonderful (hot!) as it was we were definitely glad that we didn't have to spend hours in the car! 
Also have to note that our daughter loved the chickens wandering around the park! 
Definitely plan to return when we can!
