Premier Inn has always been the best of the budget hotels in my opinion. You always know what to expect when stay there.
Check in at the Aylesbury hotel was quick and efficient, though the reception is more functional than welcoming. Not much space if a lot of people arrived at the same time. Into the room, the bed and pillows were just as Premier Inn claimed - nice and comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The rest of the furniture though looked tired and dated as did the bathroom with paint peeling off the skirting boards. That aside the bathroom was clean, which is more than can be said for the entrance lobby ceiling which was covered in cobwebs.
The pub next door, which isn't part of the hotel sells decent enough food and drink. Braekfast wasn't an option, instead were recommended to use a nearby cafe that was a 5 minute drive away. As budget hotels go, this hotel was pretty good and fine if you just need somewhere to stay for a short time. If you wanted something a bit special, then you need to look elsewhere.

OK for a budget hotel.

A decent, cheap hotel that is fairly close to Aylesbury town centre.

Ideal for visiting friends, family or just visiting this part of the country.

The pub located by the hotel is a separate organisation. Therefore, the hotel has no catering arrangement with the pub = NO breakfast before 10.00. 

However, the pub does food when it opens at 10.00. The pub staff were very welcoming and attentive.

All in all. I'd stay again



Weekend away

We arrived after a day out at the Christmas lights festival at Waddesdon so we needed a good night's rest and we were not disappointed as it was lovely and quiet.. We took our own breakfast so we could just have a relaxing morning before heading home. The room had the usual tea making facilities and we felt very comfortable there. Would definitely use this hotel again when in the area

Work

Good central location to town and surrounding area, parking a bonus. Could do with a safe in the room for valuables,  decor a little tired but everything you need for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful

All the staff was extremely friendly, the  receptionist had lots of local knowledge of the area 
the room was spotless bed was very comfy 
no restaurant but lots of places nearby to chose 
definitely stay again

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

Lovely stay in Feb 2023. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and very easy.
The Staff were extremely helpful, when I needed to make an amendment to a future booking. 
The pub next door came in handy as there is no restaurant in the Premier Inn.

Friendly staff

On a busy junction with a pub and restaurant in the same site. My room faced the pub and their waste bins which were left open.I arrived slightly early and didn't have the greatest of greeting by the staff member at the desk. The room was tidy by not the usual spotless and could do with a revamp. The heater took ages to heat the room as when I finally got the room key the windows in my room were wide open on a freezing cold day in January. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Hotel has no facilities only the pub next door which was of the same standard with the ceiling falling down.

Not one of their best

We stayed at Premier Inn for 3 nights following an operation and before a family funeral. The hotel met our needs as we just needed a quiet, comfortable place to rest which is what we got at this hotel. There was no option to get any breakfast but we didn’t need to eat at this location. This could be a problem for others though. The staff on reception were very pleasant, informative and kind. 

A comfortable quiet stay when rest was paramount

I stayed for originally one night but due to circumstances got to stay an extra night  in the same room due to the helpful staff sorting it out for me . Would without a doubt stay there again if you want great customer service they were top of the charts
