We arrived after a drive from Donegal - stopping along the way all day to take photos of the scenery. We couldn’t believe when we arrived here - it is so beautiful. The host was so lovely when we arrived. Love the Irish and their hospitality - kindest - most lovely people in the whole world. 
There was a beautiful candle burning when we arrived and the decor is beautiful. 
The room we stayed in was perfect - one room for the teenager and one for us. 
Full breakfast is offered and it will be delicious - just reading about it in the welcome pack in our room. Full Irish breakfast. 
I would highly recommend a stay here. It’s exactly how I imagined B&B’s in Ireland.

What a beautiful B&B

We enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast and airy breakfast room. What we not enjoy or appreciate was being told upon arrival that cash payment was expected. No card reader. Accommodations were booked well in advance leaving management ample time to share this. Instead needed to pay exorbitant non-bank ATM fees to pull cash. Host informed me that she was doing a favor by letting us check in early (2 pm) and giving us ice. That didn’t quite answer my question about the cash requirement and no, I did not need to access the room immediately.  The notebook in room noting policies clearly stated that Glendale accepts Visa and accommodates early check in if room is ready.   Be consistent.

Disappointing experience

We really enjoyed our stay here, Mary was really welcoming and her family cooked us a delicious breakfast. The room was immaculately clean as was the rest of the house and the location is amazing. We wished we could have stayed longer and are planning to go back.

I was cycling around Ireland and the guys were really helpful re storing my bike and enquiring around local restaurants and things like that. 

Lovely Stay

This really is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a good  breakfast. I would go further and say,its one of the nicest b&bs we have stayed in,and good value for money. Finally, it's a short walk to the pub which serves a superb Guinness 

Excellent Stay 

A comfortable 3 night stay with friendly hosts. Clean rooms with plenty of biscuits/coffee/tea/milk. Lovely breakfast and good info on area. Perfect for access to Glenariff Forest Park, beaches and cycling routes. Can walk into the village but need car to explore area - local bus services between villages. Good value for money. Hope to stay again!

We stayed 1 night in this large modern house in a room that felt like a friends guest room and as such had a cosy ambience to it, albeit with very neutral colours. Good to find a walk-in shower at last and there was lots of tea, coffee & biscuits on offer. The friendly hostess showed us to our room though she was a little busy with a small child. Her parents (in-laws) were a lot of fun - very chatty and friendly. Breakfast hit the mark without being over the top. The place is set in what felt like a small executive estate of large new houses (especially the extensive outside security lighting) and as such is some way out (10 minute walk) from the centre of a village if you fancy an evening drink (take care to choose your pub!). Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable and Quiet

From the warm welcome, very comfortable room, spotless and tasteful
furnishings to the excellent breakfast, our stay was faultless.  An ideal
stopping point for visiting the Glenarrif Forest Park and other parts
of this very scenis area

Excellent B & B, hospitality and comfort first-rate.

We had a lovely stay in Cushendall at Glendale. A friendly, family run operation. Comfortable and clean room. Great breakfast. We were on a cycle trip travelling on the coastal path. Great value for money.

Friendly welcome

We stayed for 1 night on a trip to see the Giants Causeway. Upon arrival we were met and shown our room and told all the information we needed including advice on where we could walk to eat that night. Room was very clean and comfortable, lovely tea tray with biscuits and great supply of milk. Bathroom and shower very clean and modern. Breakfast was great and very plentiful and served by a super friendly and lovely lady. Highly recomend staying here
