We booked two villas for extremely reasonable prices. On arrival the wonderfully appointed accomodation proved what great value they were. Wi-Fi was strong and access simple. Communication from the resort staff was also good. Definitely recommend. 

Great value and beautiful accomodation 

Currently staying here with my family for a short break, house is a great size for us all, perfect location and lots of quaint shops close by including 2 local bigger supermarkets. Only thing I would say is house needs a fresh coat of paint and new kitchen basin as it looked like it was melted on one side, harbouring lots of bacteria. Would recommend tho to anyone looking to get away from the hub bub of life and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Lovely

Stayed in Villa 1 for two nights.  Accommodation was very good and clean and also quiet. The Wi-fi was terrible. Had trouble on the first night and none on the second day and night. Apart from that worth a visit.

Lovely area

Self catering houses have everything you need.  Spacious, good value, clean and in a quiet location.  The wifi seems reliable. The only thing preventing me from rating this as excellent is that a little maintenance is needed in places: the wood on the balcony looked somewhat worn with some moss growing.

4th time staying here, would stay again

There were very few glasses. 5  wine glasses for 6 people and approximately 4 other  glasses including one prosecco glass so no glasses for water. The dining plates were incomplete. 
The lounge carpet was badly stained. The en suite shower did not drain properly. The WiFi did not work and 3 messages left on the contact mobile phone number went unanswered.
The grass outside the lodge was covered in cigarette ends.

All in all not what I would describe as luxury.

Not exactly luxury

We stayed for 1 night in villa 3 and were very pleased with the villa and location. However the WiFi was not working  (came up saying wrong code). It was a Saturday night and the only contacts we had were emergency numbers. This was very inconvenient but not an emergency. The disappointing thing was that I emailed Inchmarlo the following Monday and I’m still waiting for a reply 7 dats later! Could do better Inchmarlo 🤔

Poor customer service

This was such a great spot and potentially a perfect holiday home but sadly it did not feel very clean. The upstairs carpet was very badly stained as were the dining chairs.  Tried to call a few times but no answer so gave up.  The homes are not all the same and therefore this is not the case with all the properties. We had no 28 and were 4 people but it was impossible to find dishes for 4 without half being chipped. I had to go and buy two ovenproof dishes as nothing provided. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and we arrived to find rubbish , boxes and plastic baskets outside the front door. They were still there when we left.

Beautiful location but poorly maintained and shabby stained carpets and furniture.

Stayed in villa one with my family, we had a baby with us and weren’t provided with sheets for the travel cot, the Wi-Fi was terrible and our tv didn’t work for the first day, the shower was also cold when we used it after 5 minutes, pots where badly burned and we weren’t able to use them, the owner was very rude and wouldn’t refund us our deposit as we used a throw from one of the beds, she was rude and unreasonable from the get go , goes with the name “ Jo” , she took more than 3 payments before I arrived without permission from me. definitely wouldn’t be back and will be telling everyone I know not to book here, not a family friendly house/ owner.
