We can thoroughly recommend this hotel My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. It's a few minutes walk from the city centre, there's car parking onsite / included and the hotel itself is lovely. The staff and owners were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. We really cannot fault it. We will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had – the attention to detail was simply superb, together with the friendliness of both host, and their full breakfast, made it such a memorable occasion.

The room was spotlessly clean, and everything without exception in good working order.

This is my go to place whenever I return to Bath.

A fantastic and memorable stay.

WE really enjoyed our stay at The Bath House B&B as we were provided with excellent service from Brooke and Matt, they could not do enough for us, and were so friendly and courteous. The room was exceptionally clean, and had the most comfortable bed, which enabled us to have a good nights rest after walking around Bath. The B&B provides all supplies for making Tea & Coffee, which were all replenished, and there is a small fridge in the room for milk & cold drinks. The lovely bathroom was also well supplied with shampoo & soap etc.  Breakfast was provided by room service and it was so well presented and plentiful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this accommodation again when in the area, and also recommend to others. The parking was a bonus, and there is also a bus stop nearby providing a regular service to Bristol.

The Bath House B&B, a real gem only 10 minutes walk to the Roman Baths in the centre.

We stayed for the first time, but it won't be the last. The B & B exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly, having parking available was a real plus. The location was good because it was within easy walking distance of the Theatre Royal, the visit to which was the purpose of our overnight stay. The internal decoration of the B & B was well thought out and to a high standard. On arrival, we had a pleasant welcome and the facilities were well-described. The bedroom was spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast in the room. The food was well prepared and it arrived at exactly the time we had arranged. We look forward to staying here again when we make another visit to the theatre.

First stay, but it won't be the last.

We enjoyed a superb stay at the Bath House, made all the more enjoyable because of its ideal location to the City centre, access to parking, a beautiful room and marvellously cared for by Matt and Brook who managed the place. Without doubt we will return and share details of The Bath House with many of our friends.

City stay perfection

Location was perfect for exploring but still quiet at night. Having parking available was definitely a plus.
The owners have obviously worked really hard to ensure a comfortable stay. It’s the small things that make a big difference from the little jar of biscuits and fresh milk  in the fridge to the hot cooked breakfast served to us in our room. 
Our hosts were friendly and helpful. 
The room itself was fabulous. Spacious and comfortable. We would definitely come back and have recommended to friends and family. 

Delighted all round

Fabulous place to stay. Close to town so short walk but also quiet. Amazing breakfast brought to your room where there is a table and chairs to eat comfortably. Beautiful bedrooms. Have stayed several times now. Also free parking which is very useful. Just a perfect place to stay!
Also lots of nearby restaurants fir an evening meal and lots to do and see in Bath itself.

Fabulous place to stay 🥰

What can i say , this B&B was perfect for our stay in bath, we stayed in room 2 which had a lfour poster bed  , it was clean  and well presented, the bed was very comfortable ,  we were here for two nights and sleep well each night.

The hosts seem to have thought of everything,  there a tray with   plenty of tea, coffee hot chocolate, there is a mini fridge that has a container of milk , a jug of water and a jar of mixed biscuits ,   and they even provide a couple of wine glasses . they have a good size selection menu for breakfast , breakfast is delivered to your room at a time of your choice, we had the full English and it was enough to get your day started

Once you are shown to your room you don't really need to see the owners again because they have provided everything that you could need.

note: there is free parking  which is a bonus in bath but not every space suits  a large SUV

I would stay here again most defiantly 

From the second we arrived (very early!) - the staff were welcoming and attentive.  They even allowed us to set up to work for the morning prior to our room being available :)  The room was lovely - and the facilities were perfect.  We loved it so much we have booked to come back in February 

Awesome

Met one of the managers on arrival who kindly parked our car into the quite tight parking space. Lovely clean comfortable room. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Very convenient location for a short walk into the city centre  Breakfast menu was comprehensive and satified our needs. The yoghurt was delicious! Not a negative thing I could say.
