Had the most amazing short break in farm cottage yet again , booked into the stables cottage this time with outdoor hot tub and very own private  sauna, cottage was spotlessly clean and decor gorgeous, have stayed in Allison's cottages a few times now and will definitely be back again as will my niece whom hadn't stayed before but was so impressed now planning on returning with her fiend , the scenery and tranquility is perfect for relaxing chilling out in definitely would recommend these cottages

Perfect in everyway possible, everything provided for amazing stay right down to local take away menus if just planning on chill

The hosts at Thirdpart Farm were very welcoming and accommodating. The house was really quirky and the rooms were great, plenty of amenities and very spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were also spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic, made to order by the brilliant Gary and provided plenty of choice for all of us! The surrounding area was very quiet and yet just 10 minutes away from local towns, lovely walks and public transport. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thirdpart Farm and would undoubtedly stay again.

A fantastic little B&B with wonderful hosts!

Stayed in the grooms cottage with hot tub. Everything was perfect from check in to Check our. Hosts were lovely and went through everything with us on arrival. Cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely peaceful location within 5 min drive to town in beith for supplies. Will absolutely be back soon thanks

Cottage stay

Great wee place too stay! Allison was amazing - From start to finish it was so homely and fantastic - The hot tub was great and we encountered a little bit of a problem but Allison quickly sorted it😁

I stayed for 3 nights as I was working in the area. The room was large and tastefully decorated to a high standard. The bed very squashy, you literally sank into it. Breakfast is hearty and staff very friendly. I am thinking I might have to mark it down as I am just reading about everyone's experience in the hot tub and I didn't even know they had one!

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay.

Great bed and breakfast in a quiet location but you do need they use of a car as it is a great base for touring around northwest of Scotland with spectacular scenery.Bedrooms are airy with large beds a very comfortable room.shower is modern and it has tea and coffee facilities in room. The staff are friendly and the breakfast provided was excellent plentiful but fresh with quality food items a real treat.Will definetly be paying another visit.

Great B and B in quiet location

Brilliant place to go and unwind. We are just back and already rebooked. Ultimate chillout with private hot tub. Accommodation is lovely with nice decor. Can recommend for couples as the perfect mini break. Thanks 

Relaxation 

My partner and I stayed here October 2019 for two nights.  It was the perfect little get away!  Cottage was lovely and the hot tub was amazing!!  Great back garden for bbq in the summer!  Not close enough to walk to pubs etc.
Going back next month! :-)

Carriage Cottage

My partner & I stayed at Grooms Cottage for an overnight & it was amazing from start to finish. On arrival we were shown in & around including how to use the hot tub. It was a lovely touch for the heating to be on for our arrival, there is everything you need for your stay whether it’s one or more nights. We have been telling all of our friends about this & we will be returning ourselves. Highly recommend.

Perfect little overnight

My Fiance & I have just returned from a lovely overnight stay in Grooms cottage, the full cottage was spotless very modern decor everything we needed was there already plates glasses cutlery towels ect. It's very peaceful and tranquil. We were shown around & left to enjoy. There's small details that make all the difference for me personally, eygption cotton towels & really good quality cotton bedding. We both spent most of our evening in the hot tub even in the rain it was fab. We also had the chance to see round the other 2 cottages which were also stunning very much the same modern decor theme throughout. We can't wait to come back again when we are Mr&Mrs 😁
