I bought my 8year old nephew to Belfast to do the Titanic museum. I picked this hotel due to its location, however I would stay here even if I wasn’t going to the museum. Its location, on the water was lovely and only a 10 min walk into town. 

Brilliant location and quality stay

Terrible experience.
When we arrived, check in was chaotic to say the least, lots of people trying to complain about various issues and one staff member who sorry to say seemed clueless.
We couldn’t use the lifts as one was out of use and the other one faulty, so we had to carry all the luggage up to the 5th floor.
Finally at the room to find it hadn’t been cleaned fully.
Went down to eat at 5pm to find the restaurant didn’t open until 6pm so went elsewhere.
Came back around 10pm to massive queues in the bar and only one member of staff on.
To top things off we were woken at 8am Saturday and Sunday to the noise of banging and drilling from the refurb works in the rooms below us, something we weren’t warned or informed of at the time of booking or before arrival.
The hotel was definitely the low point of our weekend.
We’ll certainly be returning to Belfast but definitely not to the Premier inn.
Our opinion is AVOID.

Give it a miss there’s much better option around.

Paid £155 for one night. 

When we arrived the front desk was empty and we had to wait for staff to arrive. When we were checking in we were not alerted to any construction/maintenance work taking place that might upset our stay.

One of the two lifts was out of order as highlighted by a notice over the lift button, indicating that scheduled work was taking place.

My husband and I were intending to have a restful and peaceful night away. However we were soon subjected to loud banging and drilling noises, perhaps from work being carried out to the lift block beside our room.

We went downstairs to the front desk, but again it was empty, and after a lengthy wait we decided to take ourselves out for the evening, unable to make staff aware of how the noise was impacting on us.

The next morning we were abruptly woken around 7am by the incredibly loud banging and drilling again, that lasted continuously until we checked out. 

We approached an empty front desk again and had to wait for a member of staff. We explained our situation when she finally arrived and our disappointment in the level of noise that we had to endure. She quickly scribbled a number on a card and told us to ring it. She was unable to help.

Upon ringing this number and explaining our issue, the call handler informed us that it was not their policy to issue a refund for noise. I suggested that we would need some sort of compensation as we were not made aware of any planned construction/maintenance work. He again said no. I asked to speak to a manager or have the case escalated and I was told that was not possible. 

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Companies like the Premier Inn are slapping increasingly high prices on their rooms and offering low quality experiences to their customers. I am completely shocked by my experience with their customer service team, there is no point ringing them. An absolute waste of time! No help or support at all!

Worst customer service ever experienced!

Staff always welcoming and pleasant at this premier inn. Asked for a quiet room due to a function at SSE Arena and they were able to accommodate that. There was someone checking you were staying there after the function which was reassuring Breakfast was tasty and warm.

Another great stay

Lovely staff, spotless room and a super comfy bed! Fantastic location to explore Belfast and the surrounding countryside.
Excellent spot as so close to the airport and centre of Belfast. Lovely little bar and tasty breakfast. Very good value for money 

Excellent stay at the Titanic Quarter

I expect Premier Inns to be rather plainly decorated but clean and comfortable and this was exactly what I got.  The room was quiet and the bathroom was clean and well-supplied with towels. The staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices.

We received a room that faces the street. Unfortunately, the windows are paper thin and let all of the traffic noise in almost as if the window was open! We could even hear people talking on the road even though we were on the 5th floor! If you still want to book this hotel, you need to ask for a room facing the marina! Also, don't buy a steak dinner here! I got served a tasteless, rubbery steak! Worst steak ever! On the positive side, breakfast was good and for 10 Pounds it was worth it.

A good value hotel in a great location for easy access to the sights and attractions of Belfast and the surrounding area. Bus ride or 20 minute walk along the riverfront into central Belfast. Close to the Titanic museum a 5 minute walk. 

Good Hotel in a good location

Myself, my partner and our daughter stayed here for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer as the staff especially Chris was so friendly and kind to us and especially our daughter who he interacted with so well keeping her entertained. The room was so lovely and the bed was exceptional! We will definitely be back soon, we stayed here last year and couldn't absolutely not fault a thing ! Withing walking distance to the shopping centre and also Titanic museum, brilliant location.
The food was scrumptious as well, delicious and tasty. Thank you to all for making us feel welcome, see you again soon. 


Family getaway 

Firstly the staff are second to none. A big shout out to every one of the members of staff who were incredibly friendly to my partner, daughter and myself and especially Chris who engaged with us in such a friendly, genuine, caring and professional manner. The rooms are all you need; spacious, comfortable, and secure. Food is terrific especially the breakfast. Second time our family has been here and we’re making it an annual thing if not more regularly!
