Absolutely fine except continental breakfast which was shambolic and understaffed. Staff were run off their feet and everything kept running out. Waited ages for porridge, and the fruit salad on the menu was non-existent.
Would t come back.

Very average

This was our first trip to Belfast.  Hotel was only a few minutes walk from the 300 Bus stop.  Room very comfortable.  Approx 20 mins walk to titanic quarter and 5 mins to city centre. 

We had food in the Bar & Block restaurant for breakfast and and evening meal.  Both of which were really good. 

Highly recommend this hotel for the location for sightseeing 

Excellent stay

We arrived before check in and they stored our bags whilst we explored. We had to have 2 rooms and they do not have connecting room, our adult son is autistic and no longer qualifies for a family room, but we were given rooms opposite and a key to his room, which was ok for a night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside the bins outside stank. The room was the new style and were clean and very nice. The new showers were great. One room faced the street and there was no noise. But as for the bar & block restaurant we would give it a miss. You can get better value breakfast locally and we went in the evening, it is advertised as opening at 4 but didn't until 5. We returned later to have a few drinks and dessert but the told us and 4 others parties that the kitchen had just literally closed at 2140! The miserable female staff were a bit of a out off too.

Nice hotel and location

The absolutely best place to stay in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Pubs, restaurants, shopping and the city centre right in your doorstep. Fab friendly staff and comfy and clean rooms. I will be back!  

Friendly service & comfort in perfect location.

A great hotel for me, my partner and little ones! Our room had everything we needed! Staff went above and beyond for us and so friendly! The location was fantastic as we had little feet with us, we didn’t need to walk far to get where we needed to go. 100% recommend

Loved it!

Went for a Premier plus room and was very satisfied. The staff were all very pleasant. Having the Bar and Block Steakhouse attached was great and the cocktails were lovely. The room was very comfortable and we had no issues. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great Stay

We stayed here 4-12-23 and had a lovely time. The hotel was lovely and the bed very comfortable as always. The hotel is very central to the city centre. We decided after arrival that we would book the meal deal. Firstly the breakfast then the dinner. The hotel was booked for with my card but the meal deal was paid for by my husband using his credit card. After we checked out i discovered that the hotel had also charged my card for the evening meal deal. I spent the 5/12/23 all day trying to get through to the hotel without success. I even phoned the other premier inn in Alfred street to discover if there was a problem with cathedral quarters phones but they said no. I continued to try getting through and eventually on 6/12/23 I got to speak with a receptionist who said that they would sort out the problem and we would be refunded. 2 weeks later still no refund so I phoned back and was advised that the hotel had raised the overpayment and referred it to headquarters for issue of refund but that there was 3 weeks delays for refund. This is now one month later and still no refund. I’m very disappointed with Premier inn as when things go wrong it’s a good time for the business to show its customer that they care. I will think twice before I make another booking with Premier inn.

Great hotel and location. Slept really well and the blackout curtains meant we could lay in. The location was very central to Belfast and we were never more than a 10 minute walk from where we wanted to go. 

Great hotel

We loved our stay here. Location of hotel is great, close to city centre, helpful friendly staff, rooms have all you need, very comfy beds and great competitive price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with great location to city

Room we were given fist the heating was broken. Then when we did move room there was very little heat. The heating is also very difficult to operate. The table for breakfast was really small. Its more a table for one not two people
