Exceptional first class service from all the staff especially team members keith and ian 👏 
The hotel was immaculate & the beds were so comfortable.& as for the breakfasts  😋😋😋 you'll be so spoilt for choice  😀 

We as a family had 4 reasonable days with this crew  and will be returning soon

I stayed for a couple of nights here and found the hotel extremely poor. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel at 2.35pm and usually the room would be ready and we would be able to check in a tiny bit early. Nope, do not arrive before 3pm as if you do they will still want you to pay £10. We waited in the bar for 25 mins and witnessed people being told to pay £10 even if it was 10 to 3. Just completely ridiculous and set a bad tone for the rest of the stay. 
Once in the room itself we found we only had one towel (there was 2 of us staying) and there were blood stains on the pillows, as well as them being completely flat. We went down to reception and this was rectified. However, the next morning we also found blood stains on the bath towel and were unable to use the overhead shower. Hardly any water would come out of it due to the fact so much DIRT was clogging it up. One wipe of your hand over the shower and it would be caked in dirt. We didn’t have enough time to move room ect as we had such a busy day and wouldn’t be back in the room till late that night then home the next day. We were also situated right at the door to our floor which meant we could hear the door slamming all throughout the night. 

Overall, I would be surprised if I found out our room had even been cleaned prior to our stay, they clearly don’t check any of their towels or bed linen. I definitely won’t be back nor will I be recommending this branch to anyone. Very very poor.

Unclean Hotel

Hotel was fine apart from no bath towels. Main moan was the evening meal in the hotel restaurant. We had booked the Meal Deal for the evening meal and breakfast. Breakfast was fine BUT the evening meal was a disaster. The restaurant opened at 1800 BUT there was no chicken or steak available or vegetables. Resorted to a burger and chips, the latter were over cooked. I would not book the Meal Deal again. Hotel location is good for Great Victoria Street venu. Waitress Sofie was excellent and did her best to get us a meal despite the lack of ingredients on menu.

Venue for a show at Grand Opera house Belfast

Stayed on 1st floor which was recently refurbished. So clean and comfortable. Unfortunately due to staff shortage the restaurant was closed for dinner and very limited restricted availability for breakfast. I had to eat somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. It’s a shame they don’t have any dedicated parking and if they did, they didn’t tell us about it. Also the rooms aren’t very sound proof as a herd of elephants woke us on one of the mornings stampeding above us. If it wasn’t for these 2 factors I would give 5 stars on trip advisor.

Could have been better

Right in the centre but quiet. Everything you would expect from a premier inn.  This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and will probably stay here again whilst my daughter is at Queen’s as it is ideal for both town and uni.Can’t fault it.

Great Location

We have just returned from samtaying here for a few days. Kieron managed to get us an early check in on arrival which we were very grateful for.
Beds comfy and a great easy walk to the town centre, city Hall, hop on hop off buses, restaurants etc. Dinner on the last night was a bit of a let down but breakfast before checkout made up for it. Would stay here again due to the great location.

Great hotel and location 

The staff here are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble.My friend has ceoliac disease. The reception staff and chef were brilliant, ensuring that everything was done properly and checking that everything was OK. Our food was lovely, plenty of choice and beautifully presented. We wouldn't stay anywhere else, 5 stars. 

Definitely recommend, over and above

Easy walking distance from City Hall, St. George's Market and Lanyon Place Train Station.   Friendly, helpful staff.  Very clean with adequate facilities for a comfortable stay.  Continental breakfast was fine and included oat porridge.

Good, central hotel in Belfast

Great hotel in the centre of Belfast: staff (brilliant); rooms (great night sleep) and location. 

I’ve stayed here before, as have others I know and all have found it to be a great hotel. The staff go tye extra mile.
