Immaculate. Fresh, lovely design and Great nights Sleep, would highly reccomend . Bathroom-En Suite exceptional quality and attention to detail 5 Star. Parking outside and really easy access on arrival.

Best Stay ever .

The property is perfect! Close so amenities restaurants bars shops! Extremely clean and quick service if needed! 24 hours parking just around the corner two minutes walk! Bed was extra comfortable definitely stay again thanks

Perfect!!!

We stayed here for a night last Saturday. We had room 3 at the top of the house.
Great sized room, excellent en-suite bathroom & great location, couldn’t have needed anymore.
We met Natasha the owner - lovely, friendly lady.
All in all an excellent, hassle free stay.
As stated in other reviews it’s a room only place, no breakfast available but we knew this beforehand so not an issue.
Really don’t know what the negative reviews are all about...
We did hear seagulls in the morning but apart from wiping out all wildlife, I’m not sure what you can do about that. They didn’t keep us awake and I quite like the sound of life on planet earth.
Location was excellent & would recommend without hesitation.

Great stay.

Only 5 minutes from the train station and easy to find (flow your nose towards the great tasting fish & chip shop, next door). The room was spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Despite staying on the main road, the only noise you hear is from the seagulls, which did become our early morning call !!  
The start of the castle walk is only 2 minutes away, great to walk early in the morning before it becomes too busy.

Great location

It looks newly refurbished or otherwise is is very well maintained. The bed is super plush and while the room is a little petite it has everything you need. A fridge and constant hot water in the good size shower which is a massive plus. There is honestly nothing I would change and definitely recommend for the price which is super affordable for the location and the room. We only meet bob (one of the hosts) but he was awesome. He hooked us up with a dinner in town and then we had dinner on the 2nd night at their fish and chip restaurant below the b&b which was outstanding. These hosts are what you from b&bs.

11B was a comfortable stay for the night,close to the centre for a good walk around the wall and riverside. Recommend Limoncello's for dinner. Would stay there again if had a reason to stay in Berwick

Overnight in Berwick

Really nice room (breakfast not offered, but plenty of places to chose from even on Sunday). The only thing that was a little off was there were only left-overs odds for shampoo & soap, so I had to buy my own. Not a big deal but I can’t remember the last time I had to do this.  The owners were really friendly and welcoming and I would both recommend and stay again. 

Good Clean & Friendly

We stayed for 2 nights mid-July in the top floor loft. Really lovely room, can’t fault the decor or cleanliness - loved that bit. However, I was awake most of the first night due to the what sounded like hundreds of seagulls screeching and screaming all throughout the night, all around the room. Impossible to know if other rooms/hotels suffer the same problem, but definitely a problem in this particular room. Contributing to the noise problem was that the room was so very HOT, we had to keep the windows open so as not to sweat ourselves to death. I purchased ear plugs and a fan for the second night to solve both problems, but obviously not ideal to have to wear earplugs and purchase additional equipment when trying to enjoy a nice night away. If staying here, definitely bring ear plugs and a fan to save yourself a miserable first night!

Lovely but bring earplugs and fan!

Different from the normal staying here. No check-in or out. Through the day we had a text explaining how we get keys. We got there found it to be quite central which was ideal for what we wanted. We got keys no problem and headed to find our room. Which turned out to be up a steep, tight narrow staircase my partner had to almost crawl up with the case we had no views on either side of the room as it had 4 velux windows in. There is very little space to hang clothes we were only there one night but I still like to unpack hanging items. When we returned to the room that night it was very hot. We opened the windows but to be honest we had to close them, the roof had clearly nesting seagulls how were there the whole night. The noise was terrible. We got hardly any sleep. We did notice that there was vacancies so why we were put in that room I don't know. As clearly from the customer comments book this feedback had been issues for numerous people.
