Absolutely beautiful hotel, we stayed for two nights and the whole place was perfect 
Excellent location, right near all of the nice places to eat and have a few drinks. 
Shop within a very short walk. Our room was spotless, excellent breakfast and lovely accommodating staff 

Fantastic place to stay

I went with 3 other adults (sisters) - you do not have this as an option above.

The Church Hill House Bed and Breakfast is exceptionally good. My family and I wanted an Easter break in Betws-y-Coed and I do not believe we could have chosen a better guest house. The rooms were more than spacious and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and we all had comfortable. luxury sleeps on the amazing mattresses, so soft and supportive - not one aching bone between us,  in the morning - my sisters and I are all in our 60s. Tea, coffee and snacks in the room. Replacements for these freely available in the hall as you returned to the guest house, just help yourself. Spare towels - same place, no problem at all. Lots of hot water for showers etc and a lovely sized bathroom.
The breakfasts were superb. Choice of fruit and pastries and then a cooked to order Welsh breakfast - couldn't want anything more or better cooked. Tea and coffee - you helped yourself - all you wanted.
Julie and the team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would we recommend - 100% - yes!
Would we go again - 100% yes
Would we change again - maybe a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes etc - nothing will ever be perfect! But hardly a game changer - would go again if there were no hooks at all!!

We stayed at church hill house for 4 nights. Can I just say it was absolutely spotless and the breakfast of a morning was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for both Julie and Tony. We visited snowdon and breakfast was even prepared before we went on our way. Thanks for the advice Julie about things to do - go in the area , it really  helped! Thank you for a lovely stay . We would definitely return and recommend to anyone who is looking for a break and like a comfortable , clean environment.

Lovely stay

Perfect 2 night stay at Church Hill House. 
The hotel it's self is perched on a small hill behind a church very idyllic. Views from the room are beautiful with countryside and mountains. 
Breakfast is ordered the day before and served to the room. The breakfast was fabulous. Choice of cereal and a hot roll, plus yoghurt fruit and a cafetiere of fresh coffee. 
The hotel is situated I'm the center of the village for exploring and a choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Free parking at the back of the hotel very convenient.
Thankyou for a lovely stay. 

Beautiful location and a  peaceful stay 

Fantastic! Beautiful surroundings.  Fantastic host. Lovely just sitting outside and watch the world go by. Spotlessly clean.(I have high standards). Julie was 1st class everything  was perfect.  Breakfast Lovely, excellent fresh coffee 10/10 couldn't  have wished for better

Stunning  place! fantastic stay!

We have just come home after a 2 day stay at this brilliant guest house. We were kept fully informed prior to arrival about the booking in process due to covid restrictions. On arrival, our lovely room (no 3) was ready, very clean and bright,with plenty of towels, tea/coffee,and lovely cosy beds. It was ideally situated,  off the main road, to explore the lovely village of Betws y coed. There was a choice of continental or hot baguette for breakfast, brought to our door, which was greatly appreciated (we opted for bacon and sausage baguettes,yum). The best thing about the place was the friendly,helpful hosts...nothing was too much trouble...Julie took time out of her very busy day to come have a chat outside in the seating area. I would highly recommend this place, and we will be back again soon.  5 stars, and thanks for guiding me out of the car park...I was in danger of demolishing your wall 😁. Once again,thanksfor a great break.

What a find

We have just returned from a 2  night stay at this lovely guest house. Prior to arrival we were kept well informed about the booking in process  with the relevant covid regulations. On arrival, our room (no.3), was ready...clean bright and plenty of fresh towels, tea/coffee, and lovely cosy beds. Breakfast was continental or hot baguette ( we chose bacon and sausage baguettes which were yum).... brought to our room at a time to suit us. The place is  ideally located off the main road,  and well positioned to explore the lovely village of Betws y Coed. The hosts were the best thing about our stay...very friendly and helpful,  nothing was too much trouble. Julie took time out of her very busy day  to check everything was ok with our stay...very nice lady. I would highly recommended Church Hill house for a great stay....we will be back soon...oh yes, thanks Julie for guiding me out of the car park before I demolished your wall 😁😁. Once again, thanks for a great time xx

What a great  find

Church Hill House was a delight to stay in  -  quiet location,  spacious room nicely furnished, comfortable bed and great facilities (including table and chairs for eating) .  Room 1 came with a lovely view of the church and a fantastic shower. Parking is available onsite and the main street and shops are just a 2 mins walk away.  Breakfast was delivered to our door with a smile.  There are chairs and tables outside the front overlooking the church.  The owners are lovely - friendly and  very helpful without being intrusive.  We will be back.

Well-placed, quiet, roomy and friendly

Fantastic location in the centre of Betws y Coed but away from the main road so nice and quiet. We had 2 rooms (single & a double) both were excellent and clean. 
Excellent breakfast choice and friendly host . 
Lovely outdoor seating area to have morning breakfast with nice views. 
Hotel has a car park. 
Plenty of places to dine out or takeaway nearby.  Lots of good scenic walks close by.

My sister and I stayed for two nights in a twin room. 
A great room, with comfy beds and an en-suite shower room. (Toiletries and towels provided-including plenty of loo rolls!) 
Due to Covid, breakfast was served to us in our room. We selected what we wanted the day before and it arrived promptly. (And was delicious!) 
There is a small car park at the rear abs some on-street parking at the front. 
We didn’t have enough time to use the lounge but it looked lovely and spacious, with comfy sofas. 
Location is great for exploring, hiking and zip world (the reason we visited) and sits on top of the hill with some lovely views. 
The best part for us about the stay was the owners. They were lovely!
