Bed is amazing, breakfast is splendid, service is top notch, rooms are spotless, very accomodating, friendly and funny staff, their vibe is heartwarming. I could go on and on, there's nothing to complain about, they make sure everything is up to scratch, they will ask you about anything they can accommodate you with, ask if there's any improvements they can make throughout your stay 10/10 would come again

Best b&b in wales

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience in beautiful surroundings. Elena and Paul were perfect hosts and run the most immaculate B&B with a laser focus on quality, cleanliness and such a welcoming approach to every guest. The breakfasts were amazing and attention to detail was the standout mark of this accommodation. The rooms were fantastic, with very modern bathrooms and the most comfortable beds you can imagine. We would certainly stay here again should we return to the area?

What a glorious stay!

Visiting the voted best location in the UK, is rounded off perfectly by staying at this most incredible B&B.
You're  greeted by an externally exquisite looking building, then as you knock on the door, you're further greeted by the owners, Elena and Paul.
The room was absolutely spotless, small, but only due to the dimensions of the building itself. However after a couple of minutes, you adjust to the size without any bother.
The Breakfast was sensational, plenty of choice, fantastic ingredients from the surrounding area, and cooked to your own personal specification.
You are pampered throughout the Breakfast, by Elena and Paul, and nothing is too much of a hassle for them.
Debs Birthday fell on one the days we were there, and at Breakfast, they had decorated our table, provided a Birthday cake, and sang Happy Birthday to her as well. A truly wonderful, heartfelt touch indeed X
Should you decide to take a walk and the rain is coming down, Elena and Paul are quick to provide umbrellas for you, supported by a detailed, historical explanation of the area, with its many attractions.
Paul also goes one step further, by helping with pronuncing the Welsh language, which only helps with the enjoyment of your stay even further.
Our only disappointment, was we were not there long enough, to enjoy the place even more.
So if you decide to visit Betws-Y-Coed, make sure you stay at the Dolweunydd B&B, you'll love it.

The Best B&B By Far

Absolutely outstanding. Beautiful and quiet B&B. Perfectly decorated and clean. The host was lovely, and had knowledge of the area. It was my partners birthday so we had a night away from the 3 year old. Perfect choice booking here, and not too far from Betws and swallow falls. Perfect

Perfect

A very nice and comfortable stay by Sandra & David from Florida. Thanks to our hosts, we had a peaceful nature walk along the river, which is accessed across the street with the advice from host Paul on how to walk down to it. 
The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays in England and Wales, having spent 17 days traveling with our backpacks via bus, train, and taxi. The bus stop is extremely close to the house. Thank you for all the good advice about the bus, which was the next leg of our journey. You will enjoy your time in wonderful Betwys-y-Coed, which we had last visited 45 years previously.

Wonderful B & B near the river and close to town so that you could walk there & back.

After a disaster night at another cottage, this was haven. The place is cosy and clean and very well equipped. Paul was very kind and polite. Breakfast was delicious. Besides the traditional English breakfast, there were many cereal choices, fresh berries, dry seeds/nuts etc. highly recommended

Great stay

Hubby and l stayed 3 nights bed & breakfast. The owners Paul & Elena were absolutely fantastic hosts: so welcoming, friendly & helpful, plus nothing was too much trouble for them. Our cooked breakfasts were simply delicious & they were able to cater for gluten/nut free (for me). Everywhere was spotless, beautifully decorated, and accessoried. We will definitely return with out doubt plus we will highly recommend it to our friends & family. Thank you so much & see you again soon.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful yet quirky chalet at the back of this lovely guest house.

Stayed for 4 nights in the romantic cosy cottage.  The facilities were very good and quiet.  We felt relaxed and comfortable.  Paul & Elena were very friendly, helpfull and Elena cooked the most amnazing breakfasts.

Great hosts

There is SO much to say about Elena & Paul’s Snowdonia gem of an inn.  They are simply two of the most friendly and hospitable hosts my husband and I (especially as a gay couple) have EVER had.  So much attention to detail! As a couple, I definitely suggest staying in the adorable cottage in back. Elena’s delicious breakfasts portions are very generous and will get though the day if you take a long mountain walk. And Paul’s bits of local history (as well as “dad jokes”) are very entertaining.  We REALLY can’t wait to come back some day!

Hospitality at its best!

I had a great experience with Dolweunydd B&B. I made a last minute booking, and Paul and Helena took great care of me. I was traveling solo and felt wonderfully safe and cared for here! Paul gave great recommendations of things to do in the area, and Helena cooked a delicious breakfast. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I left feeling like I made two new friends. I would highly recommend this location to all travelers to this area of Wales.
