I booked this guest house via Booking.com on 07Jul 2019 for a stay tonight - 20 Nov 2019 as we are attending a concert at the De La Warr Pavilion.

I am horrified to say that today at 2.45 pm I have been contacted by Booking.com to be told that today they were contacted by Park Guest House to say that they will be closed until 31Jan 2020. 

I cannot believe that a business  (Park Lodge) has acted in this way.  

Booking.com has been great in trying to arrange an alternative

Avoid at all costs

Good traditional seaside b&b. Stayed in room 4 which was very cosy and clean. The staff were polite and very welcoming and the breakfast was pretty decent to. We were lucky to get use of one of the two parking spaces at the rear of the hotel which was very handy as the parking in the area isn't great. 

I certainly would recommend this place as it is good value for money and would happily stay here again.

Good Traditional B & B

A friendly and welcoming guest house. What you needed after a day of motorbike. Coquette room with shower (hot electric water instantly in English) Delicious breakfast English Breakfast: porridge or cereal, full eggs and bacon, tomatoes, beans, sausages, toast years marmalade. A recommendation. Private parking +/- for two motorbikes. The manager was in the minor care. Very friendly.

Stage of motorcycles

Stayed at this guesthouse for 1 night. Picked because of its close proximity to The De La Warr pavilion. Room very clean, with everything you need. Very nice breakfast too.
Parking can be hit and miss but that’s more down to Bexhill not having any parking controls.
Would stay again.

Nice B&B

No frills establishment. We had room 4 (first floor). Quiet and comfortable. All facilities - iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities. TV. WiFi. Excellent breakfast. Car parking a little challenging.

Excellent value

A great b & b in an excellent location close to the De La Warr pavilion, seafront and town. There was a friendly warm welcome on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of tea and coffee in the room too ! There was lots of choice for breakfast - as much or as little as you want.
All in all a nice place to stay. 

Great place to stay !

We stayed here whilst seeing James Morrison , on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady and man , who kindly put us into the apartment next to the hotel , we had the whole place to our selves and it was lovely and clean and quiet , would definitely recommend and will be coming back again .

Lovely stopover

Made to feel very welcome here, comfortable large room with pleasant deco rand all you need including bottled water and biscuits   Good location near the seafront and the Dela Warr pavilion Excellent breakfast

Comfortable B&B

We were greeted with a big smile despite the late hour and the owner packed our suitcases, a blessing since we were on the top floor. We had a lot of advice, not to mention the gorgeous breakfast that was as good as copious.

Accepted as Queens

Obviously what we ask in a B&B is for a good sleep and a breakfast that suits for the day. So at the Park Lodge, we have both!!!!! Our bed was excellent, the room was spacious enough, bright and pleasant. Perfect maintenance, unparalleled cleanliness. The only bemool we had was a room with our own bathroom, located in the plinths, impossible to get into the bathroom without hitting the ceiling, except for that I was finally able to use the common bathroom of the pallier, which was beautiful and large and pleasant. As for lunch, we had a little breakfast, but full of your own English... a pure wonder.
