Tony checked us in and advised where best to park, which was a carpark just around the corner. The family room was above the bar area and had a small fridge which was great for drinks and milk. There were lots of storage for clothes/luggage and plenty of hangers for a family of 4. 

The room was spotless, as was the bathroom which had hand-wash. Towels were provided too. The kids aged 5 & 11 said how comfy the bunkbeds were and my husband who hasn't slept through for 12 mths actually slept for 8hrs on the 1st night! 

We all managed to connect to the WiFi which the kids were happy about. We all enjoyed a game of pool for £1 in the communal lounge and a drink in the bar area one of the evenings. The bar is cash only. 

Breakfast was 8.30-9.30am with a choice of cereals, yogurts, fruit and juices. The cooked breakfast was standard size which consisted of bacon, sausage, fried egg, beans, chopped tomatoes, fried bread and toast. On the table was a choice of 3 flavours of jam, and a marmalade. The pot of coffee and tea was big, so managed a few cups out of these which was great! 

Our 5yr old had an accident one night, and they changed the sheets for us without any fuss, thank you. We stayed for 3 nights and the bin got emptied, and the tea and coffee tray was filled back up.

They offered to store our luggage on the day we checked out as we had a panto to watch at Winter Gardens in the afternoon, a lovely gesture.

We will back again next year as it was in walking distance of everything, Tower, North and Central pier, Winter Gardens, shops, Sealife Centre, Madame Tussards, Grufflo and Peter Rabbit experiences and Coral Island.

Lovely family friendly stay

Lovely and clean hotel being very close to all main attractions, Tower, sea life, waxworks, beds very comfy and rooms a very good size. Breakfast room was very clean and modern to be served the best breakfast we have ever had ‘ asked Caroline what’s her breakfast secret and reply was  ‘just luck’ it was absolutely the best 10 out of 10, enjoyable evening’s in the bar with exceptional service provided by Tony and Caroline thanks 🙏 for a enjoyable stay in your lovely hotel, room 16 and 17    23rd October to 27th

Up there with the best 

Stayed there for 2 nights and definitely the most friendly, clean and most accommodating hosts (Caroline & Tony) you could ask for. Breakfast was so good and could have eaten it twice. The time and effort taken to make this hotel so welcoming is evident as soon as you walk through the door. So good I'm going back next year. This is a genuine review and if you are lucky enough to book in you wont be disappointed.

Omg what a brilliant hotel, by far the best by a long shot. Owners were outstanding, rooms spotless, nothing to much trouble. So much choice for breakfast and very well presented. Cooked breakfast was excellent and made to order.
Bar area and snooker table, what a brilliant place, Wednesday night 26th July 2023 what a laugh. Never some brilliant people old and young.
Couldn't have stayed anywhere better.

The best by far

Booked this last minute due to deciding to stay a extra night at Blackpool and what a lovely place . Rooms were a good size , nice and clean . They  had a pool table in lounge which my son was happy about lol , the breakfast was really good and the owners were lovely, there is a car park short walk round corner and the hotel is  close to main sea front and central pier  . would definitely recommend and returned to this hotel

Last minute booking

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here, the service provided was amazing and can't fault it.
The owners were lovely and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
The breakfast was delicious and hot each morning.
The rooms were well kept and clean, brew station was refiled whenever asked and fresh towels put in the room.
Our train was delayed and they was in no rush for us to leave and allowed us to wait for our train as well as asking us if we need anything.
If I come to Blackpool again I I'll definitely be staying here again.


Amazing B&B and amazing owners

Great stay at this hotel. 3 night stay with a lovely clean room, had our coffee and such replenished each day with bins emptied and towels ect replaced for clean ones.  Owners are lovely, have had some good chats over their lovely breakfast. Very comfortable stay and will definitely be booking here again. 

Great stay

From arriving to leaving there’s is nothing to fault, excellent room , mini fridge , hairdryer , coffee and tea making facilities. Spotless and very comfortable bed . Full English breakfast , cereal and yoghurt were also available & fresh orange or apple juice . The atmosphere and friendliness is lovely .

Very late unplanned stop with work but they accommodated very happily!

The room was spot on with en suite and very nice bedding!

The best bit of the stay though was breakfast, proper English breakfast done right with table service.
